O star for this place. the young man (cashier) named jaburci g had very good Customer service i gave him a 10 on the survey and right after i submitted my survey he went 360 on his attitude and told his supervisor out loud and said ALL GAY PEOPLE SHOULD BE CONDEMN TO DEATH (they were having personal conversation out loud while customers in there) mind you IM GAY and i was there with my daughter and there was other customers in this place. So i told him im gay and that im not mad nor was judging him for his opinion all i was saying was that conversation should've been in the back room between the 2 of them. His supervisor ask him to let me speak (the kid kept interrupting me) he turned to his supervisor and said "i dont have to let her (me) speak i don't have to do anything yall want me to do here. Soooo u dont care about your job young man while others out there are desperately looking and in need of a job?? There's more to this scenario but to the supervisor and the owner of this store i am getting a request from court for the video of this incident. While my daughter recorded the whole entire situation. Still debating whether i should post the video on socual media or not but we/i dont want this to turn into a "Starbucks"...

I recently took over this store as general manager in February of 2022 and have been steadily working towards turning the store around. Thank you to all the customers who are being patient and who continue to come back every single day. There have been a lot of mishaps, with a broken ice machine and a broken drive through register, but now that those things have been fixed I can only hope to raise the standards of the store and It’s employees. I’m working on retraining the current crew I have and also hiring new faces, although we will still be trying to get you in and out of the store in a quick manner. I do apologize as some days we are understaffed and take a bit longer with you orders, we will “grind” even harder on days we’re short staffed though.

Also all donuts are delivered from a bakery, the only ones we make in store would be maple and double chocolate as well as the cruellers. We have nothing to do with the icings of the donuts, especially the filled donuts. If you plan on making a large order(3 or more dozen) please call 48 hours in advance so we can have your order for you and ready when you come pick it up and we can account for the order with our...

This store isn't even worth a single star. DO NOT GO HERE! There is no store manager there, at all. The "guy in charge" doesn't know how to refund money. Their donuts are ALWAYS stale, and they will ALWAYS mess up your order.

Oh do you have the Dunkin Donuts app? Don't use it to order anything because they probably won't have it, and then they won't refund you your money when they don't give it to you.

This store needs to be closed down, horrible food, horrible service, horrible experience. Dunkin Donuts cooperate isn't any better, waited on hold for 4 hours to inform them of all this, only to be hung up on. Dunkin Donuts as a whole is probably about to go out of business with practices like this. What kind of store doesn't have a main store manager? The "guy in charge" told me they were in trouble, I told him they were going to be in even more trouble because I was going to get that store shut down. It just opened up and they can't even get anything right. It should have never opened.
