Have been stopping here 2-3 x week since about March ā21. Was great for a month or two. Then every other visit or more they were out of snackin bacon, then forgot to put an item in the bag and did not apologize when I called to make sure it would be fresh and ready when we came back. Did not apologize when we came back and hand me the same sandwich bottom of the box was soggy So I handed it back for a fresh one. Took five minutes or more and got the same one back nearly burnt but my son was so hungry he picked off the crust but then we found the bacon was next to raw! And the inside was not very warm. We were too annoyed to go back again. That was in June, One night we went back at 8:50 PM they were open till nine pm at that time but a pre-recorded response at the drive-through said that they were closed. I drove around and looked in the window and a few girls were in there. Really?! On July 4 came through the drive-through around 1030 ordered a cream-filled powdered doughnut, & another type of cream filled donut . Down the road discovered neither of them were cream filled. The next week our order had a sandwich not toasted at all, cheese was not white cheddar but orange American and was cold, eggs barely warm. Bacon cheese roll ups were mangled & one had bacon on the outside! Certainly would taste the same but kind of sloppy when youāre driving. Also, was charge six dollars for the roll ups and we only got two individual ones not two sets of them. And we sat waiting for that food, that disaster of an order for nine minutes. In the last month when I do go by there except for yesterday the snack and bacon has been cold and without flavor. Itās supposed to be sweet pepper bacon and when itās right itās awesome! Otherwise itās been a waste of money. My first email to Dunkin in June was about the sandwich and them closing early. Couple of weeks later I got an email saying they would like to send me a coupon for a free sandwich and I would look into increasing their staff training.
My second email was in July about all the rest of the stuff and I have not yet (today is September 5) Heard from them. I told him in my emails that I am going to try to solve something directly with the store before I go to corporate or before I post a review. However having been five or six weeks since my email with no response and then seeing all these reviews of terrible service I figured it might The best to share my experiences as well. I hate to see businesses suffer just because employees donāt want to do the work they Are being paid to do. Right now is not a time lose customers over poor employees. Prior to this location opening I had been to a Dunkin two times my entire life, and I was with someone who was ordering I never got anything so I donāt know if they were good or not! There are two more locations within a couple of miles if Iām out that way I will try them but Iām not going out of my way to risk this kind of quality issues. This behavior was not only unprofessional but occurred in the presence of other customers, including myself. I Was so shocked and disgusted by what I heard, that I had to exit the building. Another Customer who heard the incident as well Spoke with me in the parking lot and said that they have been going to this location for a few months now and has noticed the manager does this often. This is not an isolated accident.
As an RBT for children with Autism, this was very disheartening to hear, as the use of such language, especially terms like "retarded," is completely unacceptable in today's society, where we strive for inclusivity and respect for all individuals, particularly those from marginalized groups. I ordered a coffee drink for my teenager daughter, and when I was trying to decide what I wanted, the woman behind the teller was impatient and her tone reflected as much. I decided to pass on ordering a drink because I felt rushed, and as a result, we inadvertently ordered the wrong drink for my daughter. At the window I asked if they could switch the drink to make it correct, explaining we got our order wrong and I apologized and paid for the drink. We were told they would make us a new drink but we would have to pay for it. I was baffled by this as I believe that to keep a customer, you must keep the customer happy (āThe customer is always rightā mantra). I do not believe in taking advantage of anyone or anything, but felt taken aback that they werenāt willing to make our order right for my daughter and me unless they charged us for another drink.
