I just had a strange experience. This review involves four members of staff; i was unablento get their names. I was greeted warmly by the first member, and she was ablento take my order without fault. She even told her team that she was going to make the first drink herself. We waited not even five minutes and had our order come up. The first staff member made drink #1 perfectly. A second member had made a mistake with my drink #2. I was reluctant to accept it, and staff member three saw this. She showed it to the girl who made it and said "This is horrible. Would you drink this?" The second girl responded "Ha, no." "Then why would you offer it to the customer?" The third girl then told the second girl how it was made incorrectly. A fourth woman came from the back, saw this exchange, and kept offering the mistake drink saying "She's beautiful. She's beautiful." I am unsure if this fourth woman was a manager, but that was obviously not the right drink. The third woman had perfusely apologized and the second girl was embarrassingly hiding her face in her hat. The first woman made my drink #2 perfectly, and apologized. The first woman is a great addition to the team. The second woman should slow down and be a bit more careful in making the order. The third woman was incredible and should be management. The fourth woman (whether or not is she is a manager) should not have been involved. That is not okay how she was blatantly ignoring the mistake order. Overall a strange...
Read moreI was told this is one of the best or better Dunkins in the area, so I try to go to this one when I visit. I've gotten great or okay service and drinks before. On Saturday, the young lady at the drive thru, Alexis possibly (lost my receipt), took my order at the speaker. I asked TWICE for cold foam AND whipped cream. When she repeated the order, I said cold foam AND whipped cream. I can't recall if she said both when she repeated. When I got to the window and saw the drink on the counter, I asked if she added the whipped cream. I could see the cold foam and the sip lid. She looked back at the drink and said, "Yes, I added it". I'm thinking maybe she's thinking I'm calling the cold foam, whipped cream, I don't know. I asked may I get a dome lid, which usually comes with drinks with whip. She changed it. When I got the drink, I looked at it and asked about the whipped cream AGAIN. She said, "You have cold foam, we don't add whipped cream and cold foam (never said this even once) and I didn't hear you say whipped cream." I asked if that's a policy or if a manager told them that. (Which happens at some locations) She said, I'll add whipped cream. She took it (within my line of sight, iykyk) and added the whip. I said thank you. "Crickets" I repeated, "Thank You"...I believe she nodded or said ok...nonchalant of course. Anyway, I'm just that customer. I'll give a good review or a bad...
Read moreI don’t usually have bad experiences here, and I’ll chalk this one up to what seemed like a new or inexperienced drive through attendant, and a manager on duty that didn’t understand what was going on. My order got messed up (twice) and when I pointed out that I hadn’t ordered an item that was in my bag and still didn’t get what I had come for, they asked me to pay the difference. I’ve never been asked to correct a mistake that the restaurant made before, but the poor girl looked miserable and confused so I grabbed my wallet again. While waiting for my order I noticed she was the only one wearing a mask. Other employees in the store, including the manager had masks around their neck, or not covering their noses. I received my order, was told to keep the item that was accidentally given to me (it wasn’t refunded, so it was mine regardless), and glanced at my receipt for which I’d been charged full price, and not the difference, as the manager had indicated. Regardless, I drove away and discarded the food since no one was wearing a mask while preparing it. Gross and illegal. Truly a 1-star review, but I’ve been here plenty of times before and not encountered this, and it was extremely busy, so I will take into account their usual 4-5...
