I saw that this restaurant had 4 stars when looking for a local place to eat Mexican food. The server was polite. The place was dark inside granted it was around 8pm. We first ordered the special drinks of Tamarind and Mangonada slushes. The drinks tasted good and we were feeling good about what else was coming. We were served chips/salsa. Chips were decent but the salsa was strange and not really a salsa more of a tomato sauce with some kind of sazon seasoning. Very mid and disappointing. I decided to order the queso dip as an app and the server left then returned 5 minutes later asking if I wanted yellow cheese or white. I said white. We then waited 10 minutes until we received the dip. Just looking at it and I did not have a good feeling. We all tired it and with just one bite we all knew this wasn't made in house. THEY ARE SERVING TOSTIOTS QUESO DIP!!. I was looking forward to real restaurant style queso and was utterly disappointed. Now I knew why they ask if you want yellow or white cheese... Now we waited around 20-30 minutes for our entrees. The plates came out hot but the food was cold/lukewarm. I took a bite of my Carne Asada torta and the bread was toasted black on the outside but inside the cheese was still not melted and cold. The meat was chewy. The tacos we ordered were underwhelming. The Al Pastor was not real Al Pastor. The tripe was not good aswell. The veggies served on the side had a weird smell/old taste. Hope this place can make changes and not only cater to the...
Read moreThis place has been a constant disappointment, as they frequently forget items from my orders. The last time I ordered through Uber Eats, they forgot my mango drink. When I called to address it, the waitress I spoke to was extremely nice and assured me that my name would be added to a list to receive my missing drink with my next order. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she reassured me the issue was noted.
Today, I placed another order and tried to claim my mango juice, but the experience was completely different. The waitress I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. She told me the only way I could get the drink was if the original waitress who helped me before was there to hand it off. She also claimed my name wasn’t on any list and that there was a mango juice reserved for someone else under a different name. When I explained the situation, she rudely insisted that without the first waitress’s name, I couldn’t have my drink.
This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a place that charges premium prices. They constantly forget items and fail to resolve issues properly. I would not recommend this...

Bad start, but then main course came and YES!!
First: chip salsa..watery and no flavor. Piña Colada DEFINITELY STAY AWAY! It's base is a premix...Not a good way to make Piña Colada. That is a SIN!!! Never, i mean, NEVER, use a premix for Pina Colada...
Piña Colada, in a quality restaurant, or cheap, should never be made with a premix. The premix leaves a unique after taste and a high acidity level. We couldn't drink it. Beautiful presentation but horrible taste.
Main Course
Shrimp Fajitas Very good. Taste on the spot.
Chingon Platter (don't remember the complete name) How to explain? Different types of diced/ground meat, refried beans, guacamole and cheese sauce.
Pork, beef, seemed like chorizo...and refrito. All was excellent. Just a tad salty.. So cannot eat often.
Bathroom was very clean
