Horrible service and was treated terribly. Waitress kept walking away when we were trying to order. We asked for more side dishes and rice since we were a big party and she got annoyed at us.
Food was mediocre. Nakwon food was SO much better. I was hoping that the chef from before would still be there but turns out it’s all new employees. Food was salty yet lacked flavor. I’m suspecting the broths aren’t homemade like before. A lot of the soups were lacking in depth.
They also gave us dirty Tupperware and got upset at us and claimed it was clean. The Tupperware was wet and looked used. We asked for a plastic bag and it was clearly used since it was crumpled up and inside out lol
Seats are also extremely uncomfortable as there was no cushion.
Food isn’t the same. Service is horrible. Nakwon was so...

At night the sign was hard to find since it doesn't light up but the ambiance in general was a good, no frills vibes. Overall service was nice but they tried to take away out galbi bones with meat still on it and we had to ask to keep so we could cook it.
The bonchon options were good. I've had better haemul sundubu (the seafood tofo soup). for the price I expected more fatty brisket, but the...
Read moreI've had Korean BBQ in both Korea and the U.S., and this place hits all the right notes -- from the meats to the banchan (side dishes), everything feels like it was made with heart and heritage. We went with a group of three and got marinated galbi. It was melt-in-my-mouth tender, with that perfect sweet-savory balance. The portion was very generous, almost doubled than other places. What really stood out, though, were the banchan. Often an afterthought at many places, here they were abundant, fresh, and clearly homemade, including fresh kimchi that you just don't get from store-bought versions. The staff was attentive and friendly -- did the grill and quick to refill and bring more banchan without us...
