Just when I forget why I stopped eating here they remind me why. Sigh. Order my burger on the website with an estimated time of 7:15 for my burger to be ready. On the website it says enter make and model of vehicle and we will bring the food out to you.
Arrive a little early 7:13/7:14 and call like instructed on the website. The manager picks up and I ask can he bring my food out. He seems confused almost as if the option isn't on the website. "I mean yeah I guess we can bring it out. Are you here? What did you order?" I gave him my name, order, make, and model of my vehicle. "Uh let me see, I think we should be able to bring your food out." How unsure he sounded bothered me so I said, don't worry about it I will just come in and get it.
I come in and the manager has a receipt for me to sign. Sign the receipt now it is past 7:15, and he tells me my food isn't ready yet. Meh ok couple minutes food should be ready. I step to the side and another employee ask me if he can help me. Yes just waiting on my burger and tell him my name. Oh it's not ready yet.
Now I grab a sit at the bar and wait. Wait some more, and some more. 7:30 a young kid comes out to me with my burger in a bag. Sigh. Get to my truck and the burger is cold. I always forget the problem with this place is it takes FOREVER to cook anything.
Thanks for the burger and thanks for reminding me why I stopped...
Read moreWon't be eating here ever again due to FOOD POISONING! My husband and I were regulars almost on a weekly if not bi-weekly basis. I always get the same thing, and this time my husband got bone-in wings. I'm glad my toddler didn't have chicken because by midnight both my husband and I were violently ill. I'm also a breastfeeding mom so to become as sick as I did and as dehydrated really made it hard for me to feed my baby throughout the day. To top it off, I called Fosters and spoke to a manager today (3/19/19) and she couldn't care less about what I told her. Now I'm sure someone is wondering how we knew it was Fosters, well because it was the last place we ate, we both had similar things so someone cross-contaminated raw and cooked meat or bad food, and norovirus doesn't present like that- I know I'm a nurse practitioner and given my children didn't get sick means it was the food. Given this, we'll never eat there again, or any other Fosters if their standards aren't in par with safety. If a child got as sick as I did they would have been in the hospital. I'm still recovering from dehydration, but what makes it worse is the lack of concern in the manager's voice when I let her know. I'll take my...
Read moreIm normally a fan of this place but this location is awful.
Wanted to treat my daughter out to dinner so we came here. First off.....its a Wednesday night around 6 and the place was packed wall to wall. Had to sit at the bar with my 6 year old whos head barely cleared the bar top since it was the only place to sit.
Service was fairly fast for as busy as they were but the food quality seemed a bit under par. Burger didn't taste fresh and wasnt its normal juicy consistency. Very dry and burger was spongy.
My daughter got a hot dog and fries. The bun was hard as a rock and dog was undercooked.
Fries were way too soggy.
The entire time we were eating more and more people kept coming in to eat. Instead of cleaning off the tables as people left so others could sit down. All the employees seemed to want to do other tasks behind the counter that could have waited.
Not to mention there was at least 10 kids by the game machines being extremely loud and obnoxious.
Overall....i don't think i will be returning to this...
