Main point: Overall, the food and service were average. The staff were polite but fumbled our orders. Highlights: Tasty sausage breakfast sandwich and chill environment Lowlights: messed up order on cream cheese and iced americano.

Details: We ordered a large iced Americano and our drink came in a regular sized cup. The staff apologized and acknowledged that they didn’t pour enough water into the drink. We expected them to make a new one for us with the correct amount of expresso and water, but they just poured the remaining drink into a new cup with more water. One of the staff members also genuinely asked us how many expresso shots would go into a large americano. Call us demanding, but we expect someone who works at a coffee shop to be knowledgeable in basic drink creation and also provide a fresh, new order on a drink that the staff failed to make correctly the first time. They informed us that there was one shot in our large americano. If it’s only one shot, what’s the difference between a large and regular sized americano? We’re not paying more for just more water. Perhaps you’re better off just ordering a regular sized drink.

We also got a cream cheese bagel - it had what looked like only half a packet (1 oz) of cream cheese spread on it. The staff did provide more cream cheese packets when we asked.

Overall, the food is decent, staff is respectful and receptive, and the ambience is chill, but we shouldn’t have to ask them on more than one occasion to fix an order. BUT, if you don’t really care about what may be small things to some, like cream cheese amount or number of coffee shots, give this place a try and decide for yourself.

EDIT: To the owner - thanks for replying. The woman working the register informed me that the amount of espresso shots were correct and that only additional water was added. She did ask me, “Large size has one expresso shot for an Americano, right?” which led me to believe there was only one shot in the drink to begin with. Thank you for adding an additional espresso shot - I was unaware of that. If you mentioned it after giving the drink back I would have thanked you properly and mentioned it in the original review. Yes, there were multiple customers, but it wasn’t packed (maybe around 10 customers were present when waiting for our orders). An increase of some customers shouldn’t be an excuse for not getting orders right the first time. We all value time and have certain expectations on the products we pay for as customers. We respect your trust in your staff, they were all very polite, but the above interactions regarding the drink and bagel did occur. Happy holidays and...

We ordered strawberry frappes and bagel with cream cheese. The frappes were incredibly thin. It tasted like strawberry milk from WaWa mixed with bottled water and slightly chilled. Definitely not a frappe.

We waited a bit longer than expected for just a plain bagel with cream cheese but it tasted fresh which was nice. The atmosphere was relaxing and the inside is absolutely beautiful. Pricing was good and everything seemed clean. Staff seemed a bit slow and made our order more confusing than necessary but I believe that's because the young lady at the register was new?

Also to note: It wasn't busy during our visit. We may be back, tbd..

With how the OWNER (who we were NOT speaking with) just responded, that goes to show you, who NOT to give your business to. My review gives a good and bad response but clearly, this "adult" doesn't know how to read and comprehend. Let me drop it to one star for ya.

So while his response is absolutely disgusting as a SMALL business owner, thankfully, he's saving us from wasting our money at his establishment ever again. Especially since we were going to give it a second try and hopefully redo our review. That won't be happening now. Again, the flavors weren't bad, it just wasn't made right.

**Check out his response to anyone who has an issue with his business. An owner who can't take criticism is a business set for failure. Notice how he's stalking people and snooping on their account. This is a grown ass man. Is this where you want to put your money!?

Skip this place and treat yourself to some Wally's milkshakes right beside this location. Same price, better quality, and service. Been going there for years and the owner is always willing to listen and correct their mistakes! (An owner I have actually spoken to and have now been a loyal customer for years)

Maybe instead of taking notes on everyone's past reviews (who leave you a bad review), take notes on how to better your own company. Or better yet, take notes on being a better human. You seem to be lacking those skills the most.

Oh and as for the "you drink half blah blah blah". Okkkk.. I never said it tasted bad. I said it tasted like watered down milk, which is not a "frappe". Here we go with that reading and comprehending problem. And this was legit the consistency the entire time, so draw back on your lying.

10/10 recommend if you are in the area. Veteran owned shop with great flavored coffee, baked goods and snacks. Try the peanutbutter affogato and southern style chicken salad on a jalapeño bagel; thank me later.

UPDATE 9/4/25 Went in for a quick breakfast and asked for my usual coffee order but wasn't given my usual. What changed? In the past, they run down the whole spiel as to what you want in your drink, type of milk, sugar, whip, no whip... not this time. Not even a warm greeting at the counter. When I asked for clarification as to what I had been given, I pointed out that they are usually more diligent, asking folks what they want. The guy who took my order apologized for not having asked me all the questions they usually do. When I asked to have the drink remade, they said they would need to charge me again. When I asked for a refund instead, they said I ordered the drink wrong and they wouldn't give me a refund. So if you go in, dont expect the same warm greetings the old owner gave and be diligent with your order or be prepared for poor...
