Please explain why I wait for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged? My drinks were ready when I went to get my mobile order, then I see my food is done. Great! I think. Perfect timing. Im standing at the pickup area the entire time. 1st at mobile, then at the to-go. Thinking, since I havent been acknowledged, maybe it doesn't matter where I stand. I still continue to wait. They are busy. I try to be a patient person. Another mobile person comes in, she does the same thing i did, then waits. Not acknowledged. Finally! One of the works speaks! But only services the 2nd person. And me. I get nothing. I finally ask another employee if it matters where I stand? Figuring I dont know the new starbucks protocol. Nope. Read moreThis is and always has been by far the WORST STARBUCKS KNOWN TO MAN. Due to lack of choices I have repeatedly visited the drive thru and inside over years. So I've given this place plenty of chances. The people-rude and or untrained depending on the day. Generally lacking the level of customer service I've come to expect over the years unfortunately. Literally out of butter after I've ordered and been handed my toasted bagel. Which btw they are generally out of sometimes for months at a time. I never get a napkin or knife at the drive thru but I find going inside to be a huge waist of time. I have actually called other stores to inquire as to why I was charged for butter with my bagel because this one legitimately swore it was an up charge to get 2 pats of butter. Read moreBeing an routine coffee drinker, having enjoyed Starbucks from around the entire United States, this is by far the poorest representation of the company. Roughly at anyday of the weekend, night shift at this particular store, half fills drink attempting to cover up there mistakes by add more foam to the drinks, in term robbing the customers of their money. If i pay for a venti size beverage i expect a venti size, not a size smaller filled with foam. When ordering a 20oz coffee and 10-12oz is fill with foam thats an issue. No other Starbucks i have visited in Virginia, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, North/South Carolina, Maryland, DC, or not even in West Virginia has had these issues or as often as this particular store!
