Edit: SMALL GOOD CHANGE: You can now order online; making it much easier as phone waits could be long or even busy at times making impossible to get thru. 1ST UPDATE: I was recently surprised when picking up a sub to find cost increase. I asked about the change and was simply told the menu recently changed. I am highly disappointed as changes are not made known as should be. With this said I have no idea if the previous $5.00 weekend specials are still good or have they to gone with no announcement. To me when you make menu changes and increase prices that have been your specials for years your website, ads, and social media should refrence to please be aware to recent changes so your long term customers aren't blindsided. 2ND UPDATE: It seems the kitchen has staff has had higher turn over rate lately. It went from order always right to 3 times in a row order wrong. My explanation was new staff learning each time. Twice food remade while I waited completely frustrated as times were already long due to learning and no discount, no offer soda or even water while you wait or anything you would expect for the hassle. 3rd time wrong didn't bother with correction and tossed it as I didn't wanr to deal with more excuses and waits. This may be fixed but not 100 percent sure as I no longer order weekly or several times a week and may do once a month if that. PREVIOUS REVIEW: To go orders are typically fast and accurate; however fries are terrible and food is cold a lot of times. Been here multiple times as I use to work in the villages at stoney run area tonight at about 6:45/ 7 I recieved service I've never received from this establishment before . Came in wasn't greeted sat at the bar looking at a menu another patron passed to me. for about 10 mins I was never acknowledged while being the third person at the bar and probably 5 other patrons in the dining area . when a male black server Finally came behind the bar the white female bartender then pointed at me and said to him can you take her order .he did service was wonderful which I am use to here normally my order was taken by Mel she is amazing no matter if her back is turned if she hears that door close your going to get greeted and asked to wait a minute some type of acknowledgment! Even with a dining room full of guest! After my order was taken by the male server a family of 3 came and sat at the bar and and single woman all white and regulars I presume and we're taken care of immediately. I would hope she wasn't being racially bias towards me because I am a Black woman maybe it was because I wasn't a regular either way still not acceptable 3 stars because the server I was given to was great and apologized for the way his coworker preformed and my greek salad was...

Unfortunately, our first experience left much to be desired. Didn't realize it until now, but this is our second time ordering from them. The pizza is OK. I really wish someone would come along and make a good New York style pizza like you used to be able to get at the malls! My son and I would just love that! The wings weren't seasoned well at all....again! They didn't even have the decency to take the time and effort to pluck the few feathers off of them that was left on them. We asked for extra sauce and cheese, but it was not that cheesy. The only good thing about the first time was that the the Philly cheese steak pizza was made well. I put it in the oven upon arrival and my husband and I agreed that it was tasty. Grub Hub did not disappoint with delivery though! Go Grub hub! Thank you!
