Utterly incompetent. I am so angry I cannot see straight. How hard is it to check that what is in the bag is ONE sausage biscuit when the customer ordered (and paid for) TWO Frisco Breakfast Sandwiches?!?!??!! I don't get paid to be Hardee's Quality Assurance, so I don't check the bag every time, and if I am going through a fast food drive through, it's because I am in a hurry and probably distracted. I realize these are probably crummy, poorly paying jobs these people are doing, but it is not that hard to make sure the contents of the bag match the receipt and at the drive-through, customers are all in chronological order, so not a mystery. I am done with this Hardee's as this is not an uncommon occurrence. Guess I will have to drive out of my way to a competitor to get what I actually order. I am so hungry this morning I will have to gag down this disgusting sausage biscuit, which I hate the taste of, and which I paid $4 for, but this is the last sausage biscuit or ANY sandwich, I will get foisted off on me by this store. They have food that is enjoyable here and that has value, but when you are not competent to actually provide the customer the product that they asked for, you have failed! Read moreI tend to rate restaurants high, because I know they are someone's livelihood. But this particular Hardees is so poorly managed they need to get a new owner and new managers. I took a Rwandan friend thru ther drive thru and after waiting 5 minutes and no movement we went inside. They did not have enough workers (common to many fast food places) . The restaurant smelled and was less than clean. We saw brown SLUDGE under the french fry machine. GROSS. The manager was yapping with someone in the back. Another worker was playing on her phone. All the front counter checkout machines were closed and the employee took possession of my credit card and take it to the drive thru window person. They told me my card didn't work. (Of course it had worked just 90 minutes before and worked just after at all other places. It was 100% Hardee's issue and the head person acted like it was my fault.) Read moreHardee’s should be embarrassed as a company to have a restaurant like this. We have been there many times because of the closeness to our home, and every time it’s the same thing. One order at a time in the drive-thru and they will not take next order until they have served the food to the car that pulled up, you will wait at least 20-30 minutes every time. The staff at this place all seem to hate their life and in return try and make everyone that frequents the establishment just as miserable as they are. This is not rocket science but I have NEVER once gotten everything I ordered in the bag and when you bring this to the employees attention, they act bothered that you would have the nerve to ask what you’ve paid for.
