Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

I frequent this Hardees at least twice per week, and the people in drive through are always polite. However today I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken biscuit. (charged $5.08) I gave the lady $5.10 and said thank you and drove away..(didnt want her to bother with two cents). The lady who took my order was one of the managers (I have seen her in the store before). She is NOT ever friendly at all. She always acts like she hates being there, and the customers are an inconvienence. After I received my chicken biscuit this morning and drove away from the window, I checked to make sure it was what I ordered. The biscuit was hard as a brick! I parked and went into the store to inform someone, and to get another chicken biscuit. The young lady at the counter ( not the manager), Seemed new and didnt say much at all, she took my biscuit and retrieved another chicken biscuit from the window, however it was hard as a brick also. She then seem to get the managers attention to let her know, and the manager lady came out and did noit even try to ask me anything. She just snatched the same biscuit from the window that the young girl gave to me. However I explained that one was hard was well. Without a word she blew a hard sigh and started to go to the back ( I assume) make another one. At that point, I didn't want to distress her any further and already received so much attitude and impoliteness, so I asked for my money back instead. With attitude, she refunded me $5.08 ... Not $5.10. Nevertheless, I will not frequent this HARDEES. I will pass that on to others also. This Hardees is a clean restaurant and outside of the drive though no body wants to go inside! Someone from corporate really needs to visit this location (as a customer). That one manager has the worst attitude! She should not be in the customer service business because she does not know how to service customers! Oh, then again.. maybe if you're a specific race she will bend over...

Pros: Food was fresh and hot. The server was nice.

Cons: We ordered a fairly simple breakfast. 6 pack of cinnamon raisin biscuits, 2 biscuits and gravy combos. I waited near the front for somewhere between 5 -10 minutes. Family waiting at the table for breakfast. I watched the lady (floater) helping with drive thru never once even look to help the girl on the front line who had a line to the door. After waiting the 5-10 minutes and watching them take every single cinnamon raisin biscuit off the shelf for the drive thru (all orders taken after ours), the girl at the front said it would be a few minutes for new cinnamon rolls. (BTW biscuits and gravy were ready to go, I could see them.) Waited at the table for another 5-10 more minutes wait. The girl finally brings the food since no one would help her. She forgot our hash browns with the combos, she noticed this and said she would bring them. Very Long line at the front. No one would still help her. I went to get my daughter a straw and stopped at the counter and asked for our hash browns which were given to me. At this point the drive thru was basically empty and the front line girl had several orders to fill and a line in front of her. Yet she still did not get any help. This restaurant needs to manage their people better. And make sure that both the drive thru and the front line have the help they need.

Doesn't even deserve a one-star rating! Worst Hardee's I have ever been to in my life! Why is it they can never get an order right? Every time I come to this location they always mess my order up. When I say no onions I mean it. No does not mean an extra onions to my hot dog. I don't understand why I always have to pull up in the Drive-Thru line even when there's no one behind me. Why is this? Makes no sense at all. The place can be empty and you still have to wait over 20 minutes for your meal. This is way past unacceptable in any manner. Management and the staff in general are never helpful. They never smile, never thank you, and sometimes take over 5 minutes just to acknowledge that you're standing in line. I never have any problems when I go to the location further up Hull Street. It's only this one. I would never recommend this location to anybody ever!! This is not a fast food place. The food is sloppy, wrong, disgusting looking, and never fresh. The last time I ate here I was sick for 3 days so what does that tell...
