Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

Ordered 2 chicken wraps with just cheese and chicken. Repeated it twice. Guy asked if I wanted ranch, spicy or....I say no just the chicken and cheese. Get the order full of lettuce. Circle back around and hand it back and ask to please make it without the lettuce. A girl took the food and gave it to the back. They did a poor job at picking the lettuce off. I could have done that myself of it wasn't for my child that despises lettuce. So I hand one back because I snuck the lettuce off the first one before he noticed. The rude as heck employee wants to argue with me about what I order after I ask him if he took the order. He says no it was probably the girl that just got off. She was outside dumping trash in the dumpster. It was a man's voice. So he put the order in wrong, watched the cooks attempt to pick the lettuce out. Hands it back, lies about who took the order. Then asked me to move ahead it would be about 10 mins wait. I said that little piece of chicken doesn't take 10 mins to fry. I'm sitting right here while we wait. He comes back with the food and I told him how ride he was and he said well you wouldn't pull up. Why should we pull up when I did my part and ordered it clear and precise and even repeated it to ensure there wouldn't be any issue. They screwed it up. I told him had it been done correctly the first time there wouldn't have been a reason to pull us up...he slammed the window in my face and walked off. And before that I was watching him take the next order and he was shaking the kiosk like he wanted to rip it off the base. The parking lot is always empty no matter what time I drive by and have never stopped before for that reason. It speaks volumes especially at lunch and dinner hours. Do yourself a favor and just keep skipping this location. I'm in this industry and I am pretty laid back with alot of things and understand the strains with dealing with the public. But this experience left me shaking my head at all the ways they...

when did Hardee's stop selling chicken? maybe this location doesn't? no clue ...but these folks are out to lunch. bathrooms were trashed, restaurant similar in that area, not that clean. no clue why? the parking lot was pretty clean, no clue why the difference indoors. i am wondering if the drive thru would have been quicker and the men wouldn't have been before us, first come first served. but within that time we had ordered, those people (employees who took our order) had apparently forgot that we were first, not the 4 men who ordered completely after us, strange??! the hubs & i were there - in addition to 4 other men who apparently got their food before us? no clue why they were more important ... considering we order 2 roll up's, order of 5 chicken tenders (because this location only does tenders), & a peach tea. so i would figure that would be done pretty quickly in the Hardee's business, the back was stocked with lots of employees so i am not sure what was going on? i have noticed a lot of younger folks working these days don't do questions much? such as ... do you sell chicken? i was born in 1978 so the Hardee's that was raised with and on ... my grandma Ruby loved their fried chicken. apparently some don't do that??! the 1 at 2301 Pruden Blvd, Suffolk, VA where the lady (don't recall her name, sorry about that, but give that lady a raise, so awesome!!!) she was amazingly awesome, a real on the spot lady, answered questions so easily and worked well with the hubs to order lots of chicken and sides for the Mothers Day celebration we had for his mom. so guess it depends on where u r and how each individual Hardee's will be??...

We came thru as we traveled back to PA, we came in after 11 & as we were walking in we over heard drive thru staff telling customers they were only serving breakfast. Once in the restaurant we discovered that staff was lying to customers. We came in a group with 5 separate orders, we plaved our order, a 5 piece chicken tender platter (tasted like fried paper towels) a nashville chicken wrap (with nothing on it & taste bad) a nashville chicken sandwich (they didn’t put everything on it), and fries. After ordering we were approached and told they ‘ran out of fries and only have hash browns’. We quickly found out that was a lie (we assuming they had too much breakfast food & didn’t want to get in trouble for wasting it) when everyone in our group ended up with hash browns except for 1 person because they forgot the hash browns & they had to go up to the counter & was then given fresh unseasoned unsalted fries. Another person in our group ordered a hot ham & cheese, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The food was so bad that even our 10 month old wouldn’t eat it & thats saying alot because he is not picky.. There was also a creepy old guy in all white behind the counter who was absolutely filthy from head to toe & the staff made it seem like we were bothering them by coming...
