Okay, I tried to go easy on this review. After their response, I have removed one star. As you all can read, they would rather put the blame on the customer instead of accepting responsibility for their bland cooking and agreeing to try to make things better in the future.
As for the "ate it all" comment, we didn't clear a single plate. Over half of the burnt fajitas were left after carefully searching through it for unburnt bits.
As for the "didn't have to pay" comment, you only removed the charge for the fajitas (thank you). We paid full price for everything else. Additionally, we tipped the wait staff 20% (including the fajitas' price in the tip) because of their friendly service. Don't you think it is poor business to call your customers cheapskates?
Now, after reading their reply, I suspect the reason they constantly came back to our table and repeatedly asked how our food was, was due to their foreknowledge that their food had no flavor. I'll leave you with a word of advice from this chef, try a little salt; it can make a big improvement in your cooking.

I had high hopes for this newly opened restaurant. The previous Mexican restaurant at this location was excellent. The atmosphere is typical Mexican restaurant. The wait staff is very polite and friendly. They even comped our fajitas when we pointed out that they were badly burnt on the bottom. So, why did I give it two stars? A restaurant is only as good as its food.
We ordered three dishes. My youngest daughter had a chicken based nacho dish, my wife and other daughter shared chicken fajitas and I had a combination dish of beef enchilada, beef burrito, and chili relleno. I could go into a lot of unnecessary details about each but they all shared one blatantly obvious characteristic. They were all very bland. I have honestly had much better frozen and canned Mexican food from the grocery store. The only thing with any flavor was the salsa they served with the chips. So, until this place wises up and hires some real chefs, I strongly urge you to go somewhere else to satisfy your...
Read moreCame in with a large group that we called ahead for to reserve a table so the staff could expect our arrival. The kitchen clearly cut corners in order to serve our party of 13. I order vegetarian fajitas expecting a large sizzling dish to come out like the table who was served fajitas behind me, but instead I got a tiny serving a veggies on the same plate as my side of rice and beans. I found in my tiny serving of veggies a piece of beef when my meal was supposed to be VEGETARIAN fajitas . It was clear that the kitchen just pulled veggies from the rest of my party’s meat containing meals to make my plate, instead of making my dish separately, giving me a proper serving of food, and cooking/ serving it on a sizzling fajita plate as I was expecting. I ordered vegetarian fajitas because I am vegetarian for ethical and environmental reasons, but if this was someone else ordering who had Alfa Gal disease (a common tick born meat allergy) this could have been deadly. On top of this, they failed to bring me tortilla shells until asked for and I also never got my lettuce and guacamole to build an actual fajita taco; I just had veggies, rice and beans. I did not ask to make modifications to their food in order to serve my vegetarian needs, I simply ordered an option from their menu as is and they did not honor their vegetarian options with actual vegetarian prepared food. I’m not one to splurge often. I would have typically just ordered bean tacos, but I decided to spend the extra money to get fajitas and was skimped big time. This was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend eating here, who knows what other corners they cut to make your food. I wouldn’t trust them not to serve you food that accidentally hit the floor in order to save themselves the time of remaking it. There is another Mexican restaurant minutes down the road that I’ve eaten at before, you’re better off going there than eating at...
Read moreThe food was decent. It tasted pretty good, the three stars is for the packaging and the price, upwards of $18 for three tacos. I ordered off the cuff and asked if they could just do some vegetable tacos and throw on there whatever they could. The bulk of the tacos were peppers, onions, and shredded iceberg lettuce and a couple of sauces I come from a major city which is Philadelphia and most restaurants that charge about $18-$20 for three tacos. You’ll get the most amazing tacos you’ve ever tasted with incredible garnish amazing sauces in either. They’ll be a simply amazing to look at by the care they take to display them on a dish or give you a nice takeout box. Am I being critical a little bit I guess but I have to be honest and visited so many restaurants that serve tacos in the past year upwards of 30+ restaurants just for tacos. Now about the restaurant this is a really nice place. It’s got a great parking area. The outside of it is really well-maintained as they put a lot of care to the inside with really nice seating some really great seating areas very unique. The staff is energetic as well as the place. The staff was very friendly. The young man that helped me in the beginning was not able to understand what I wanted so he I assume grabbed a manager. He was also very nice. I definitely would come back here more for a sit down next time. I’m down this way. I always stop here in Daleville to stay overnight when I’m on my way to Georgia to visit family so the atmosphere is very nice. The service was good. The food was OK not great but good enough and fresh just the fact that it was wrapped in tinfoil like leftovers in an $18 price tag for three has to...
