Edit- downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star after seeing the Owner's response below. I gave the date and time in my review so if corrective action was desired, the Owner had plenty of information to follow up. Instead, I git a canned response with a sketchy link, which BTW, does not work on a mobile device. This place is poorly managed from the top down!
11/9/24 10:33am The food is good and is the correct temperature. That is the extent of the good. I ate inside and waited almost 15 minutes to place my order. Then waited another 5-10 minutes to get my food. I ate inside. No ketchup available...back to the counter, wait to be acknowledged to get it, then back to the table. I unpacked the bag...no napkins available, so back to the counter and wait again. In addition to the wait, the girl working the cash register and getting food (wearing a field hockey sweatshirt) is rude and says nothing other than your total cost. Both of my trips to the front and handing my bag after a ridiculous wait...not a word and seemed terribly inconvenienced customers are here. One of the employees has three (3) kids hanging out in the lobby while they work. They ran around, table to table, yelling, running all over the place and talking to customers. Oh, and had snot and coughing all over the place so they were spreading germs everywhere. Customers also get to listen to loud rap/hip-hop music playing hehind the counter. Im sitting my the front window and can still hear it. If you do come here, definitely go through the drive-thru and plan to wait. Better yet, go somewhere else!! Horrendous...
Read moreOdered 2 biscuit and gravey for my daughter through drive through at 1045am est, took home and gave to daugter, wife got me and stated large plastic was discovered mixed in the gravey and the second order of gravey had pieces of plastic on the biscuit itself, i saved this, manager on duty was Rhonda, she was very disrectfull and told me have a nice day when calling to report this, she needs to be terminated, called around to three different stores in my area and all managers were disrespectful I have their numbers I was able to find one store who was very helpful and got the district regional manager and now going to corporate and then eventually fall lawsuit and called stored and person spoke with claimed to be manager and i asked for general manager she stated dont know when gen manager will EVER be in??????, she was dispectfull and didnt nothing about this, not even sorry nor attempted to replace this meal, called three stores for help all managers were like her, not caring, found one store who helped me get district regional manager, Stacey Owens, i am pursuing a lawsuit at this time, Watch your food at this location and protect yourself and family, google reviews here is a 2.4 i am giving a one but deserves a -10 if i could and business license pulled, just got a call from Hardees Insurance and they want to settle for 100.00 for what happen to my daughter with them, majorly insulting, preparing a major law suit as of result of this insult, recommend stay from this inconsiderate disgracefull company, they will be severely punishment in court for...

I’ve never in my life experienced such poor customer service before, I ordered breakfast through doordash and my order was totally incorrect, I called Hardee’s I spoke with manager Ed West whom immediately before I could even complete my sentence begin yelling and screaming in my ear and telling me oh well it’s nothing he can do about my food being incorrect to call doordash! I’m telling him you didn’t even let me finish my sentence, he says I don’t need to let you finish your sentence because I ALREADY TOLD YOU ITS NOTHING WE CAN DO! Then he begins to tell me about the other 5 people that called today due to incorrect doordash orders! At this point not only am I confused as to why he’s telling me this information but now I’m getting upset!!!! Towards the end of him continuously yelling, being rude and cutting me off the conversation ended with him hanging up the phone on me! I called back 3 times to get his name the first time he answered and hung up, the second time one of his employees answered and hung up, finally someone with customer service etiquette answered and gave me Ed’s information!
