I don’t normally do Negative reviews, but I’m making an exception this time due to the number of mistakes made by the crew. I placed an online order to pick up totaling better than $40, was told 10 minutes. Waited 20 before I went inside the store to pick up the prepaid order just to give extra time on a Saturday morning. Waited another 5-10 to overhear a conversation about the food already being made. Was informed it would be a few more minutes, but not told why. I deduced it was handed out the drive through window to someone else when a gentleman walked into the store with a bag informing the cashier that he had the wrong food. Before the crew could begin making any of the replacement food for either of us, I spoke up and said that I would still gladly take my food the gentleman had returned. This is a No No in any food service. I know this, the cashier even informed me, but to be polite and to try and expedite their correction to their error, I insisted. They then gladly handed me the bag, thanked me, apologized and I went on my way. Drove 20 minutes home to my family who I had informed about my breakfast surprise, placed the bag on the table to then realize it wasn’t my order either!! Moral to the story people… Nothing about fast food is “fast” anymore with the people we have in the workforce at these establishments. So for Pete’s sake make sure the damn order is CORRECT!!! It’s so worth it to get what you order, even if you have to wait a bit. So annoyed and still hungry. May be another 5 years before I try that...
Read moreI ordered a mobile order from here. NEVER AGAIN! My fries were cold, no big deal so I drive back around. The girl didn’t notice me at first because she was busy on her phone. She takes my returned fries and dumps them in the fry bin that they serve fries out of. Disgusting. So I’m waiting on fresh fries when I start actually paying attention, the whole crew is leaned against something, on their phones, or eating right in front of me. The “manager” finally comes to the window, mind you I’ve been waiting about 15 minutes, so I tell her just give me a refund. She proceeds to then ask me “do you want it for the fries, or everything”. I asked her what she would want as a customer? This young lady has a stank attitude. She tells me I need to get my refund on the mobile site. I told her I don’t see an option, she’s still being stank. Finally I’m like just give me your corporate number, she says look online. I asked what her name was, she said don’t worry about. Now we are up to 30 minutes and I just want a refund!!! Finally she gives me a refund but decided to throw it, so part of it fell. So then this lil girl tells me to pick it up myself. That didn’t go over well at all! The employees have bad attitudes and apparently aren’t properly trained, your store is dirty, I could go on for days with all the health violations I saw in 30 minutes, and your “manager” needs to take some classes on how to manage. Definitely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life....

After listening to her chatting at the drive thru w/a customer while her drive thru cashier stood to the side, I asked if there was another cashier (to tend to the growing line of counter customers). Mgr YELLED across that she'd 'be with me in a minute...MA'AM!' All of us counter customers looked at each other with the "wth?" look. After another 5 minutes of watching the "crazed manager" running back and forth, the drive thru cashier took my order. She was very polite. After ordering,, all of us counter customer watched the Mgr acted as if she just couldn't handle the drive thru....throwing stuff around, slamming the side door open to take food to a drive thru customer (pulled ahead). I was surprised the glass didn't smash in the door,, to be honest. We watched a long list of drive thru orders being filled before either the cashier or Mgr found time (?) to fill ours. When I pulled up, there were 3 cars in the drive thru....2 at the window, one ordering. Once inside,, a minimum of 3 drive thru orders were filled and many more after a line at the counter started to form. Clearly, drive thru customers take priority! We had a camper hooked up. So, no drive thru for us. Either hire more people or stop acting like a hysterical, crazed person when you actually get some business. It wasn't even THAT busy!!! I'll hit up...
