Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

Whoever the manager is should be here on a Friday night when it's busy. The guy working behind the counter isn't speaking to people. He's giving away orders to the wrong people. One gentleman and his son had it happen to them and waited over an hour for a pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. I ordered online. The app said it was ready. I've been here for over 20 minutes and still haven't gotten my pizza. The guy behind the counter hasn't said a word but seems very disgruntled with everyone. I'm standing beside another man picking up an order for someone who has been here for 30+ minutes. I watched another man come in for a pizza, just a pizza. The guy behind the counter said, "Must have given it to someone else." He grabbed a pizza with wings and said just take this one. The customer tried to pay, but the worker said, no. He told the man to just take it since his order wasn't in the system. I thought the new management had improved this place. The pizza is better than it was a year ago, but the service is absolutely terrible. Whoever the manager is should watch the cameras to see what's going on because he is losing money tonight. We pre ordered 2 hours ahead of time, $122 order and 30 mins after order should have been delivered we called only to be told they didn’t have anyone to deliver and wasn’t sure when they would have someone available to bring it. So instead of when realizing they couldn’t deliver it call so we could pick it up or have the option to cancel, they waited for us to call about it. We cancelled the pizza order but decided to still pay for the wings and pick them up if they took off the delivery charge and tip we left from the bill. So an hour after being ready we finally get the wings which by this point we’re slimy soggy and gross and no one ate any anyways. We should have not wasted our time and just canceled the order. While having several options for pizza we chose pizza hut- never again!! Ordering went well, chose curbside after all it is right at the front door. We even opened the car door for worker after she rudely huffed and puffed out the door! Then as she walked away after we thanked her AND told HER to have a great night. She loudly said thanks so much for the tip?!? Im sorry but with that kinda attitude who in their right mind would tip you?? Its not as if she waited my table or even took my order as I did it online. Working in Customer service is a choice and she lacks the skills to ever generate tips obviously as this is not only tacky but unprofessional. We will ABSOLUTLY give ciros our business from...
