Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

I Showed up at 8 and there was 2 people in front of me, I came up to order my food and the lady could not hear me she said "WHAT?" i repeated my order 4 times before asked to pull up and then she just starred at me like i was dumb asking for 2 chicken tenders meal and a number 3 all large. one sweet tea one coke and one lemonade. she said it come with 2 half galleon teas so i said okay i think he'll be fine(the person the number 3 was for) with that. "just give me the coke and the lemonade. all the came put to a whooping $40 i could have ordered a pizza or gone out to a restaurant. But that's whatever.... she ask me to pull to the side. so we waited so 25 MINUTES!!!! at a fast food place. if i hadn't already paid i would have left. But i had my best friend with me and a hungry cranky girlfriend at home waiting. now after the 25 minutes. the lady came out with some how managed to hit my trucks mirror(no damage...But really she had so much room.) and she had NO DRINKS with her. she said i told her i was okay with just the teas.....so i ordered 3 large drinks, but that i was okay with just the teas....i asked for coke and lemonade not teas....but that was whatever i didn't feel like arguing because i already know that was a very unhappy girl at home. So i left. Thinking whatever the food will make up for the HORRIBLE service. Got home and i had a small fries and 2 large...That was wrong. Ugh. But i have to say the food its self was good and i cant say i will hold a grudge against the company as a whole. But i will NEVER go back to that one EVER! I may be deterred from going to another one for a while... HATED service -...

Been to this location a few times. Great food, But extremely slow services both times. It is slow because they make everything to order apparently. Dined in both times, tables everywhere always dirty so had to make a spot cleaned myself. Food does come out great though. Second time here I had to wait almost 20 min for my food, wasn't even busy during happy hour. They gave the food in order away to someone in drive through that ordered food 5 min after I placed my order. Second time being here and my food turned out like the pic below. So I wasn't happy this time. I ordered 3 happy hour sliders and 3 mushroom swiss burgers this time during happy hour at 4:47pm and got my food at 5:05. Regardless of these issues, I still return because the food does taste great. Their Happy Hour Charbroiled Slider are the best and super great deal. You get two small patties dbl stacked with cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickle. 2 will almost fill you up, 3 is just right. So for $1.25 A piece for each slider is the best deal in town. Happy Hour is from 2-5 daily, so check it out, but beware of super...

Had a wonderful experience at this location. On our way to work, my fiancée and I stopped in the Hardees drive thru to order beyond sausage biscuits (amazing-please try them). We ordered and found there were no cars in front of us - which is awesome, because they are always packed- so we pulled forward and were greeted by a smiling face. Mary, the General Manager helped us with our food, and we found out that her daughter took our order. We tried to pay, but the machines weren’t working. Despite this, she still asked if we needed ketchup or jelly, and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. We are disappointed we couldn’t pay for such a wonderful experience.
