2nd post- I usually like eating at Chic-fi-A...but I have to tell you that they make sure if you're at the drive-thru before 10:30am for Breakfast that you won't make it to order breakfast. I Sat in line for nearly 10 minutes while some woman took her sweet a* time ordering for 2 people. The Employee came outside to change the menu and waited for her to finish her order, then allowed the person ahead of me to order Breakfast but denied my request because it was 10:34 by the time I had it to the drive-thru menu. How rude is that to see people waiting while some rude inconsiderate Btch knows time is running out yet they allowed her to just sit there without saying a word to her. I hope the B*tch gets exactly what's coming to her. I would have just pulled off and went to Hardee's (I don't recommend Hardee's either) but they make sure you can't get out of the drive thru line by blocking off any exit they had with parking barriers. I want to add that this post seems contradictory because I wrote these at separate times. I still think their food tastes great but lately they're not running like they used too. I went to get chicken sandwiches for my daughter and I and they messed up my order by giving me the wrong sandwich though I paid for a deluxe. To top it off, both my daughter and I ended up getting sick with food poisoning. I'm very disappointed in them. Before they closed for renovations they food and service was excellent. After the reopening they've gone downhill. What's up Chic-Fil-A? Get it together...
1st post... I just have to say that this Chic'-fi-A is the best fast food restaurant in Stafford Va...which is why it's always the busiest. But trust me, it's worth the wait. If a fresh, delicious Chicken sandwich is what you're craving, then this is the place. I am never disappointed in the freshness and quality of their food. And they never get my order wrong, no matter how busy they are. Most weekends the drive thru wraps around the building...but it moves quickly due to the friendly staff that takes your order right at your car window. Once they forgot to give me my ice bag so I come back to get it and show my receipt she told me I forgot it and drove away. I told her I was handed a large bag I assumed the ice was in there and the lady at the drive through told me I was good to go. Anyways I come back and she gives me a hard time asking to see my receipt multiple times and saying I drove off without my ice. Like lady can I please just get my ice now? Also when asking for more chic fil a sauce at the window on another occasion she was acting really stingy and rude

Just like the most recent reviews mentioned I also received missing items or the wrong order the last THREE times I’ve been here. I never called to address this and just dealt with it but this last time I figured I’d call and try and get a refund for an order I didn’t receive. The girl who picked up the phone after I was done explaining the situation and how this was the third time something like this happened - proceeded to get the manager and must’ve put the phone down and forget to put me on hold but she ended up talking crap about me and mocking my husband in the background. It was so u comfortable and cringey to hear. I was never rude I just said I can’t come back to get the missing order because we live out the way and it would be an inconvenience and I rather get the refund. Really unprofessional on her part so I forwarded a complaint to customer service and hopefully the team will receive better training because that is unacceptable. Read moreWe ordered here once. My 2nd time ever eating chic-fil-a. I didn’t feel like my first experience was all that. But my woman practically begged me to try it again. We ordered through Doordash and made sure that the order had chic-fil-a sauce. Wrote it in the instructions. It said it on the receipt. Now mind you this is COVID. The bag is sealed. Doordash drops it off and of course no sauce. So when we called and got ahold of the manager she blamed Doordash. I told here the bag is sealed and the sauce is suppose to be in the bag. She said “well Doordash should have checked it.” I tried politely explaining that I don’t want Doordash to open my COVID sealed bag to make sure y’all put sauce it. That would be negate the purpose of sealing the bag. After trying to get this concept through to her she finally said they were sorry and then said “how about this! We have sauce here so if you want to drive over and pick up the sauce.” Obviously if I wanted to drive I wouldn’t have had it Doordashed.
