This is the second time we have gotten take out from this establishment. Each time we have been shorted on appetizers. Both times we called and complained. The first time they said they would "take care of it.". Not sure what that meant, but we tried again. Tonight, we were short our steamed dumplings, much to our dismay. We called the restaurant to let them know that this has happened twice in a row in 2 weeks. The woman that we spoke to was very argumentative. She claimed she had checked our takeout bag herself, and she "knew" that the order was complete. She basically said that we were lying about the fact that our order was not properly. She continued to claim she was right and we were wrong. She made no apology for it. And again basically said we were lying. Two photos are attached. The first item on this receipt. The first item is the steamed dumplings. Second photo is our order. No steamed dumplings. Bottom line. The food there is very good. But if you get takeout. Read moreI haven't reviewed anything in a while, but every now and then I'm struck by a restaurants indifference toward their customers. We showed up at this establishment right around noon for lunch. We walked in and the lady behind the counter was playing on her phone and never looked up or acknowledged us. There was a gentleman sitting next to her (who by the way was reading a book) finally said her name after he noticed us waiting. She asked how many were in our party and we said 6. This prompted a smirk from the gentleman and the lady to walk around, searching an essentially empty restaurant for where to put us. She put two tables together and then looked at my family and half heartedly pointed to a table and said "you can sit there". I had already told my wife that we should just leave based on the engagement when we walked in but we waited. When the lady pointed where to go in the manner she did, my wife asked if we were bothering them. The response was "not really". Not really!!?? This was all I had to hear. Read moreI ordered from here on 12/15 and I am posting so that no one ends up in my situation. I ordered from you all around 5 PM. You all called me at 5:15 to let me know my order was ready but that it wouldn't arrive until 5:50. This was 50 minutes from when we ordered, but we said that was okay, no big deal! We will see you when it gets here. This was fine until at 6:15 we still had no order. We called and were told it would arrive very soon the driver was minutes from our house. Well at 6:40 when we called again now almost 2 hours from when we ordered, we just wanted our food and felt bad for having to hassle you all. Finally, almost at 7 PM our food arrived, having been ready an hour and 15 minutes earlier and was missing parts of our order, but had arrived. We decided that we would let it go since it's the holidays and everyone is stressed.
This was until my credit card information was stolen from your website and charged $6, $1300, and $260.
