Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered 2 spicey sandwiches, 1x3 mild tender w/ fries, 1x5 spicey tender w/ fries, two large Coke Zeros, and asked for 4 bayou buffalo sauces.

When I pulled up to the window, I was asked for payment and reiceved one of the drinks. The drive-thru worker was not very attentive. She didn't even give me a straw for one of my drinks. She just rudely said, "pull up to the door."

I pulled up to the door next to the drive-thru. I watched more than a dozen other vehicles over the next half hour...pull around the building...up to the drive thru, pay, and get large orders of food promptly. I finally got my food shortly after the drive-thru line behind me had emptied out.

When receiving my order, I didn't get what I ordered. I recieved 2x3 mild tenders with fries, and a single mild sandwich. As well, none of the utensils or sauces for my meal.

At this point, I was just overly frustrated and upset. I pulled around to the front, and brought the bag of food with me into the restaurant. The young man at the cash register stopped in the middle of taking another customer's order, and asked "Did you not get your order?" I believe he was trying to be helpful, but it came off the wrong way. I started to tell him what was the issue with the order, and wanted to express how disappointed I was that after more than 30 minutes it was wrong. However he was quite dismissive, and turned around.. grabbed 1 spicey chicken sandwich...held it out to me, and said "Sorry,, have a good day."

I didn't want to explode in the restaurant at these young kids and their immaturity. I just bit my tongue, and decided that I'm never coming back to this specific location again.. I'll probably think twice about visiting another Popeye's under such...

The lady who took out order could not have been much more rude, I ordered two 3 piece chicken tenders with a biscuit and a side and drink, I said both with green beans and she while looking down said "we ain't got green beans" so I said okay and asked what sides do you have and she didn't answer me just pointed to the menu board behind her, so we picked something else, and she while still looking down said "that all" I said yes ma'am and she told me to put my card in the machine, so I asked how much was it and she said " it says it on the machine" when the order was ready she placed the order on a tray and put it on the counter not a word was said for about 20 seconds and then she said " you want something else" I said no ma'am I was not sure if it was ready, we sat down and were the only ones in the restaurant and then realized we didn't have any napkins, so my wife went back up and asked for some and she pointed to the napkins again not a word was spoken, we spent around $17 dollars and were treated horrible, I would never go back, and the manager at the restaurant needs to be trained on training his employees especially since he was right there...

Drove by this location to place an order. Rude as rude can be! Attempted to place my order in the drive through. Because the guy was so smart mouthed I drive to the window to speak with the manager. Guy at the window opens the window and I asked if he was the person who was taking my order. He said what?? Then proceeds to close the window in my face. 2 loud females mouths at the same time decided to come over yelling and screaming and refused to get the manager. One decides to invite herself outside to fight me. Lol! However I waited in my car because the moment she would have hit me I was going to call 911. See these folks have no training at all. No common sense and NOTHING to lose! Everyone is not going to be passive when threats are made. But instead of lowering my standards I chose to deal with her (them as a whole) in a different manner. If you want to have a ghetto experience.. be my guest.. this is the place for you. I'll notify corporate and let them deal with the folks they've chosen to represent...
