Second time in this taco bell as I just moved close to here. The first time customer service was well below standard.. so I figured last time might have been because I was tired, I would try again tonight (Oct 15th) because my daughter's were requesting it. I arrive and of course there is a good line for the drive thru.. so I went inside.. no one is at the front counter.. stand there for probably 3 minutes no one acknowledges that I'm there. In walks a man in a taco bell uniform with a big bag of chick-fil-a food and a carrier full of drinks.. walks right by me goes behind the counter gets to the end turns around and ask if I have been helped.. I said no not yet.. the employee says there is a kiosk behind you, I said oh ok but I have a big order the employee stated I didn't ask that... I said excuse me, then the employee proceeds to ask how I was going to pay.. my response was how do u need me to pay. I can pay cash or card.. the employee said if you pay card you can use the kiosk. I said I am paying cash. The employee said I can wait and walked off. You always hear crazy stories but never ones that happen to you. So in my head I'm thinking maybe he is on a break.. but then why ask have I been helped? Also the employee was in the store at the front counter in a taco bell uniform with NO mask on, not behind a barrier. All the classes and training that are required for covid must have been missed just like his customer service...

Second visit was toned back a little bit but still surprisingly enjoyable.
Third time I ordered through the app (which I also did the previous 2 times), I got there and a sign said the dining room was closed despite Google saying it was open to dine in which is very frustrating when I am on my lunch break and I couldnt cancel and go somewhere else. So I got in the drive thru line and to the speaker. The had no record showing that I placed an order through the app which did go through and then said it was complete and ready for pickup, and I was at the right location too. Going back and forth with them on the speaker was getting frustrating so I pulled to the window and tried to get some better answers. I offered to show them my phone to show everything I got, the order number, location, etc... but she said that doesnt matter before they still dont have it, and that I could just pull ahead and wait for the order to come in. At that point, I just had enough and drove off while letting them keep my money that I couldnt even get refunded.
I will not be returning to that...
Read moreThat night was definitely an off night for taco bell... I frequent this location. Mostly because I get off late and it's really the only thing that is open that is close by... Other than McDonald's (ewe)... But I'll save that review for another time.
I pulled up to order a $5.99 nacho cheese box... No sour cream. I waited over 15 minutes to finally get to the window, and another 10 minutes to receive my food. Usually it never takes that long. Upon receiving my box... The box was literally covered with food and various sauces. Its ok. Whatever. I opened my box, hoping to devour a delicious nacho cheese Doritos loco taco... Nope. The taco fell apart as soon as I picked it up. It was so soggy I could not even eat it. Not to mention the taco was luke warm. The beefy 5 layer burrito tortilla was rock hard. I bit into it and "crunch!" Like maybe they dropped a chip into it on accident. Nope! The tortilla was so hard and crunchy it was not edible. I thought well maybe, the fries would be delicious. No again. They were cold. Not even Luke warm. COLD! I was very upset and will probably not be returning for quite a while. Come on taco bell. I know you're...
