There were several things that made this a bad experience. First, ordering in the app was an issue. When I placed my order in the app, I was charged three times. The first time I tried to order, I put my card in and hit place order only for an error message to be generated that there was a problem with my card. The second time, it took my card and when I hit place order there was no message but it did not show that the order went through. Third time I added the card to my profile and paid again. I checked my card activity, and there were 3 charges pending. Once I arrived at KFC, there was a wait and we asked for the manager. The manager said it only showed one order on their screen and that I should come back tomorrow if those additional charges are still there. The manager said I should ask for Ms. T and she would fix it. Waited on the food and had to remind the lady, with black hair braids, that I was missing the 10 piece chicken nuggets, after I checked the bag and saw 2 fries and 2 chicken sandwiches. Once I got home, I noticed that the chicken sandwiches were spicy and not the classic chicken sandwiches ordered in the app. My husband and I went back and talked with the manager about the wrong sandwiches. He told the ladies, preparing the food, to make 2 classic chicken sandwiches and replace a medium fry for us. He had to request the food twice to be remade. My husband and I were patient, however one of the female workers with black braids and an unprofessional attitude, stated very loudly that they should have checked the order before they left. She also asked loudly did we bring the other food back and proceeded to question the manager about us getting fries replaced that I paid for. Her attitude was very unprofessional and clearly she should not be working there. Another person was waiting in the lobby and whispered to me that you always have to check your order at this KFC. This female worker, with black braids, was argumentative with the manager and very loud and rude while other customers were in the lobby. I ordered or I should say tried to order a 12 piece family meal and was told by the girl on the mic that the manager wasn't going to allow anymore family meals because they were running out of food. I asked to speak to the manager I was told pull to the window.(She was nice and only doing what she was told). I pulled to the window the manager came I asked why I couldn't order a family meal. He gave me some bull about they were out of flour and the truck doesn't coming until tomorrow morning. I really wanted to cuss him out but instead I asked him what his name was. He said DEE and I drove off. I never was asked could you do a 8 pc instead or what type of chicken I wanted. I know it had nothing to do with flour, it was simple laziness and poor customer service.
