Since KFC has decided to just not get back to me, I will now write a proper review of this location and why you should NOT go here. On November 26th, at 8pm, we went to this location and ordered dinner for our family through the drive through. As we pulled up to the service window, my husband gave the cashier (a male worker) our card and he ran it. He handed the card back to my husband and disappeared. Another worker appeared (a female), and she snatched the card that was still in my husbands hand, out of his hand. I asked her why, she said we didn't pay yet. We told her that we did, the previous worker already ran our card. She said he didn't. I said "Do NOT run our card. Let me pull up our banking app and show you that it already went through. Do NOT run our card!" She ignored me and proceeded to run our card a second time WITHOUT PERMISSION. She said it's fine, it's fine. Only one transaction was done. I told her that if we see the next day that two transactions were done, we will return for a refund. She said that's fine. This entire time, she was being very rude to us as well with her attitude.
The next day, two transactions did appear on our bank statement. I called this location and asked to speak to a manager. The manager ended up talking over me and not listening to our explanation at all. This just angered us even more as we had to resolve to yelling into the phone for her to actually listen to us. She screamed back at us instead. She said that we had to print out of our bank statements and bring it in to show her as proof if we wanted a refund for one of the transactions. Bank Statements have private information, so that is very inappropriate. She then hung up on us as we tried to explain that to her.
We then proceeded to contact KFC customer service directly. They made a report and said that someone will reach out to us soon to resolve this. A week went by, no one reached out. We called again on December 1st, they made a follow up report and again said that someone will reach out to us, no one did. We called a 3rd time the next week, same mantra: Report with the promise that someone will reach out. No one has reached out! At this point, it is safe to say that either KFC or the workers at this location are STEALING MONEY from customers.
Money has been stolen. Service has been terrible. Food is subpar. Please do not go here and endure...

On May 10, I went to KFC in Richmond, VA at 9:30 with my family and my 9 years old son, and it was raining outside and they refused to let us enter and said that the lobby closes at 9 and I can only make a drive through order. I agreed and made the order, and they told me to take it from the lobby door. And when I went there I saw written on the door that the lobby closeing at 10 pm so I went back to them and asked why they said that the lobby closing at 9 pm. They lied and told me that here in this place they closes at 9pm. I asked for the manager. Her name was Sylvia and she was very rude when I told her I have my little son here and it's raining outside and we need to eat inside so why you close now although on the door it says that it close on 10pm? She answered me that she can close the door whenever she want... I was surprised by her answer and I told her that I have to make a complaint. She told me ok go ahead."" I asked her to give me a KFC complaint number, and she told me to go google it... I tried to take a video as evidence of how rude she was, and then she closed the window in my face and left me.
Update. Some one from from KFC reach me and He took a good action and warned the supervisor who did this and even want me to go again with my Son and meet him to warn her infront of us but I refused and thanked him for his response and told him no need for...
Read moreUsually pretty good food. Usually I'm not picky when it comes to that, but value is something I have to complain about. Blah blah something something inflation, shrinkflation, prices, etc. Aside from prices going up, portions seem to be going down. Maybe that's my imagination here, but for sides like potatoes, corn, and gravy, they should not be $2+ for a small cup. The attached pictures is one of the pieces we got in our bucket, and no it wasn't one that was thrown in as a freebie. It was actually part of the counted pieces, and mind you that I'm not a big person at 5' 6". I get not every piece of chicken can be huge but giving tiny pieces is a rip off. Not every piece was tiny but none were actually huge to make up for it. For the price and being fast food, it's no longer the value it used to be and not really worth it. Additionally we were supposed to get 4 biscuits but only got 2. We also didn't get potatoes but did ask for gravy for the biscuits, which was an extra charge. That's fair, but it was like $3 for a small cup of gravy. That's ridiculous.
