Ledo Pizza Hybla Valley — Restaurant in Virginia

I like a good Ledos pizza. The food at most Ledos is really good. The pizza crust is awesome. The sauce is very good, and they don't seem to skimp on the toppings. However, the experience I had at this location was not so good. I spent over $150 on a 5 pizza take out order. I can not complain about the food although this location could use some paint touch-ups and some new bar stools. Maybe even a good floor cleaning. From what I was able to see from the counter, the kitchen looked pretty clean. Anyway, back to the money issue. Somehow, the money I spent was credited back to my account, and an over $1400 charge was drawn on my card. So now I had to go deal with an owner who seemed to want to prove me wrong so badly and was concerned about collecting his money. Like I did something wrong. To make an already long story shorter. After dealing with the owner who kept leaving out information about the transaction with the POS company for an hour and a half, the POS company finally found the "error." That is certainly time I will never get back, and I just want people to know that if you go to this location, don't use a card. Use cash only. Absolutely awful experience. The server was inconvenienced by customers, did not know the menu, and was obviously inexperienced. My father in law ordered the chicken soup which had absolutely no noodles, and when he asked to switch to the other soup, all of a sudden they didn’t have it (nearly empty restaurant, 4pm on a Saturday). When the salad arrived without the toasted bread, the server said she had never seen the bread before, even though it’s shown in the advertisement on every single table! Once the manager finally came by, we overheard him tell the one other table in the restaurant that it was his last day, so he obviously did not care. My family and I have been regulars in both MD and VA for decades, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Also, even though my mother in law ordered the UNLIMITED breadsticks, soup and salad, she was charged for the second round of breadsticks which arrived without the garlic butter and seemed to be microwaved. When we insisted on the bread for the salad, that came out microwaved and inedible as well. We received no apology and the server could not...

This place has NO respect for the customers at all. I understand there will be parties at restaurants. However, all customers need to be respected. A party of kids come in and they are screaming at the top of their lungs, running around the restaurant as if they are at recess and the 5 parents talk above the noise. A deaf person could feel the vibrations in the air.

The restaurant ignores the noise. I feel like I am in Chucky Cheese at prime time. I ask the server to politely respect the other customers. The response is "It is a party". Excuse me. I am a paying customer too. The server stopped coming to the table and we were ignored. In a public place, restaurant workers should respect all paying customers.
