Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

This is the best Starbucks Ever. I am always provided with excellent service. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My beverages have always been delicious or re-made to perfection.

I was in last week and my favorite drink wasn’t available. I ordered something else I really didn’t want and Barista Cam could tell I was un happy. Cam rolled some combinations off but I wanted what I wanted. Cam convinced me to have the drink I wanted prepared in a different way and it was delicious. Thank you Cam.

On my next visit Cam was out. Barista Ang tried to make the drink a couple of times. When i didn’t like it she tried again and again. Ang went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Finally she made me another drink and it was delicious.

I’m so appreciative of the staff there. After meeting the manager there I understand why they are so wonderful. She’s a beautiful kind spirit that cares for people. She’s awesome and she guides and lead her team wonderfully.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-through for my mobile order (line wasn’t very long, just slow) I was given a hot coffee when my ticket very clearly stated iced shaken espresso. I was then made to wait another five minutes while the gentleman gave me a random iced coffee. That was the wrong size and color, I didn’t realize this until I had left so I had to drive back another 20 minutes to go in person to talk to the manager. I don’t know where my ticket went, but they didn’t have it so I showed her on my app when I had ordered and she made it, but not before throwing some attitude at me as of the whole ordeal have been my fault somehow.

I asked her if it was always like this in here which she replied no, we’re just in a rush right now. But if you can’t give orders correctly or show some customer service skills, rush or no rush then you probably shouldn’t be running the shift.

This morning was not the first time that I have come here, waited, long, long time, and just left disappointed, but it will be my last time...

Saturday, I waited for an HOUR for a grande apple crisp oat milk macchiato. That honestly should be the end of this review. However, when I got to the window, I was told by a gentleman that my order had possible been given away. I ordered through the app but I was told that sometimes, people will grab random drinks and they will have to remake them. Either way, that is unacceptable. A woman later comes to the window to ask to see my receipt. I showed her and she looked at her watch and tells me “this was an hour ago” as if I had arrived too late. I told her “I know…I’ve been waiting in this line for an hour”. She walks away without acknowledgment or an apology, and later the gentleman comes back with my drink. It tasted okay. But I will not be returning to this location. This is my first time at this location and my first time having a negative experience at a Starbucks. It’s really unfortunate that this is the only Drive-Thru location near me. So much for...
