Every time we order from here, something goes wrong! We ordered delivery, over 30 dollars of food plus a tip for the driver. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, bread sticks, dessert, and sauces. After having a longer than usual delivery time, their delivery driver shows up with only a bag of breadsticks and one sauce. I was shocked and dumbfounded on how the restaurant and the driver forgot to deliver the main item, a large pizza?? Who pays over $30 for just breadsticks and expects to be happy with that. Regardless if the restaurant forgot the item or the driver possibly snatched our food, this experience is unacceptable. We couldn't even get a hold of anyone on the phone because it was night time. We had to spend a lot of morning on hold waiting for someone to talk to us. It was not worth it. Even past instances we've ordered from them, they always forget an item or the quality ends up really bad. I wouldnt order from this location unless you just want stress. He assured me there will be no salt telling me that he got me. As many times as I mentioned it, it was still riddled with salt. This is a second time in a row they messed up my pizza last time I ordered three pepperoni extra most bestests dropping $80 on food with wings and bread sticks and one of them was a cheese. I immediately called the store, hoping they would fix the mistake, but they refused to deliver the correct order or provide a refund unless I came back to the store.
The drive to the store is about 20 minutes, and it was extremely inconvenient for me to make another trip. Itās frustrating that they were unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake in a way that considered the customerās time and effort.
