Milagrito Market and Bakery — Restaurant in Virginia

Phone doesn't work so I walked in and to the left is a room with racks and Ollie's overstock of kitchen items for sale and to the front is a counter no one is working and an ice cream bin and to the right were a bunch of dudes day drinking and watching soccer looking depressed and nobody was working. No bakery or deli. Restaurant was a bar as described and really loud Spanish music blasting with a pile of Christmas lights. Weird. I left. I was going to call to see if they had chicken tamales. Phone went straight to no name voicemail like a dead cell...

I've had multiple shopping trips here where I go home with items that I need and they're either expired or moldy. Went in today and tried to pay for a few things and their card machine wasn't working and the lady behind the counter told me to leave and that I couldn't pay for my items because my card was declined. I've had no issues with this card before and even offered to use another one, but she took the bag of groceries and told me that I had to leave. In south Texas, I grew up with pan dulce almost every Sunday. That being said, I feel pretty confident that I KNOW my sweets. These weren't the ones. There was pretty much nothing in the stale empanadas, the apricot cookie thing was lackluster with the saddest dollop of jam, and the conchas were hard, not at all like the fluffy delicious pan of my youth.
