Sweet Treat — Restaurant in Mechanicsville

Ordered online, arrived one minute before noon, told they're not open. Went in at 12:05, order couldn't be placed. No online cancellation option. No refund, no manager, no phone response after left a message. Noone EVER answers the phone. Nasty drink, didn't taste like Biscoff. Rude white lady, nice black girl. Place needs work. Big family walked out too. Still waiting for refund!!!! To keep driving up there is RIDICULOUS!!!!

Update: The owners made everything right and lily remade my drink it was alot better and tasted like biscoff this time. I appreciate the fact that both owners were so nice and willing to make it right. I will give them another try with other items in future. Everyone give them a try they truly are good people that want to make this...

We visited RVA Sweet Treats on opening day after seeing a post on TikTok. We live about 30 minutes away but the menu looked amazing. We packed up our kid and hit the road. We ordered several items and all of them were amazing. My personal favorite was the Smores Brownie. The brownie was fudgey, dense and amazingly topped with toasted marshmallow and gold flake. The boba tea (medium) was a little small, I would recommend getting the large. The Dubai strawberries had the perfect chocolate (creamy, not stiff like other places that use the wrong chocolate). Luckily this place isn’t close to our location, otherwise we’d be there...

Got a biscoff waffle wand, mango lemonade, biscoff coffee, biscoff brownie, and a strawberry crunch waffle wand. The first waffle wand was so good, we went back for the second one. It appears to be just one to two people and she does her big one. She was so sweet and her helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat. Some say it’s expensive but when you take into consideration how much it takes to run a business and how much large dessert companies charge this...
