Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Virginia

This is not a good Long John's Silver's... I was excited to see they still had some chains out here as all closed in my parents area before I moved. I usually go to the one in Christiansburg VA the food is hot, fresh and have never had any problems the staff is nice too. Since I was in Radford I went through the drive-thru to get my usual. Three seashares (fish, chicken and shrimp) As I was pulling away I noticed the shrimp was fried hard and crusty as if it was refried to warm it. I went back through to get a fresh one no apology was given. When I took the food home my roommate and I started having bad reactions to it. Even warming up left-overs today tore up our constitutions. I called and asked to speak to a manager not happy paying over 30 dollars for food poisoning. I was ask if I had my gall bladder removed and sometimes the grease can do that to you. Then told she couldn't do anything at all needed to call back on Tuesday to speak to the store manager. I will be calling but I will never return to this expensive laxative fast-food joint again. I now fear the community around them and their...

They messed our food up batter wasn't even done so they said they would replace it next time- one day we went there was wanting some long John silvers and was happy about going well we got there went in and the manager said can't do it without receipt but get this she had told me she would have our names in the book for replacement for out next visit they lied didn't replace nothing and was talking bad about us to other employees and we heard it so yea the Radford Long John's is off our list as good quality food plus they lied about replacing the bad food - it's a shame cause I really like it there it was always Clean - oh and the reason the manager said that the battery was gooey was because she had been training a new cook ok that's fine but it was really gooey and she should have not served anyone that food but they did - oh...

I use to love this place but yesterday we ate there and I was absolutely shocked at the condition this place has gotten. The table's and chairs were covered with food. It would be different if they were busy. There was only 1 person there eating. Then I got all the way home and they had forgotten my coleslaw. I only ordered a 8 piece dinner. Again, they weren't busy. When I came back to get what they forgot. They literally made me stand there for another 5 minutes while she was taking care of another customer. There were 2 girls that she said to get my slaw and again they did everything but get my slaw. Didn't get it until I spoke up and said LISTEN! ALL MY FOOD IS AT THE HOUSE WAITING ON MY SLAW! Then I got it. Someone needs to really check in on these people. Nasty, nasty...
