Google Review for McDonald’s – 6729 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA
I stopped by this McDonald’s around midnight, and let me tell you — the only things that saved the night were two things: First, it was open. At that hour, with most restaurants closed and me starving, at least I wasn’t going to die of hunger that night — only maybe the next day after eating this.
Second, and most importantly, the young woman working there deserves five stars all to herself. She was taking orders, cooking, serving, running the register — doing everything — and even though the restaurant got full, she still managed to greet me with a smile and a genuinely kind attitude. That right there? Gold star service. Respect.
Now… about the food — which is technically why I came.
I ordered the Combo 2B. The onions? I think they were fresh… maybe like 3 days ago. The bun seemed like someone scraped off the mold to make it look okay. The meat… well, I haven’t seen any stray dogs around lately, so maybe they’ve stopped using them for patties. No sign of lettuce. The cheese? Let’s just say it was aged — like, really aged.
Still, I ate it. I’m writing this review 4 hours later and… I can still feel the meat wiggling around on my tongue. I don’t know how, but it’s like it’s alive.
Listen — what really brings me here are the fries and apple pies. That’s it. That’s what I look forward to.
But tonight? Wow. The first fry I bit into was tough, rubbery, stale, and ancient. I swear, it felt like chewing on a piece of tire. I thought, okay, maybe the ones underneath are better…
Then came the apple pie. I usually get two — I love sweets. But the first bite? I don’t even want to describe it in detail, but it was disgusting. I’d honestly rather eat one of those terrible stale pastries from 7-Eleven. That’s how low the bar was set.
And this is where it gets frustrating: How is it that the second-largest fast food chain in the world is putting out food like this? And who’s paying for it? People like us — the desperate ones who come late at night because nothing else is open.
McDonald’s executives: Put your hand on your heart. If you’re going to charge $15 for a combo now, at least use cat meat. Let the dogs live in peace.
So here’s my final message: If you’ve got a strong stomach, tough teeth, and are between ages 10 and 20, go for it. You’ll survive. But if you’re older like me? Be afraid. I’ll be getting tested for parasites soon.
I know I’m half-joking here, but honestly: Your food stinks. It’s not even...

Read morethe renovation-reconstruction of this mcdonald’s was the end of it. food is mostly cold, fries are with little to no salt, soda is without carbonation and tastes like watered down caramelized coke. You can order sauces and not get any. Ordering takes almost thirty minutes (or more) to be taken, and i say this as there were (kidding you not) 8 people in the whole establishment, two were ordering (counting myself)other three already had their food. drive thru was empty as well, so that’s no excuse for the level of terrible service. terrible food. terrible everything. manager doesn’t speak nor understand english, which causes individuals who only speak english to not be able to communicate to the manager, and causes delays. i had to translate for a guy that had been trying to get help there for...
