McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

So let me tell you about my experience with this McDonalds….

Today on my way home I figured I’d grab a quick dinner for my wife and I so we could relax the rest of the evening. Put in my order on the app. I drove over to get in the drive thru. While In the drive through the first car ordering went through quickly and then we sat there for 15 mins waiting before I even got to tell them my order number in the app. Finally I get up there and tell them and move up. Sat there for another 15-20 minutes move up to first window to get my receipt, and then sat there for 20 minutes before we ever even moved. Finally I make it up to the last window to grab my food and they hand me my drink and frappe’ then she realizes she gave my food to a person two cars ahead of me…. Never lets me know anything, just laughs it off and walks away. Sat there for 5 minutes then was told to pull up… kept waiting and waiting and finally after another 20-30 minutes of waiting AGAIN, I put my truck in park and walk in. Let me tell you I was absolutely livid when I walked in and the lady was asking the guys in the back to make my sandwich! After all this they had net even started on it. No I’m sorry, here’s your refund, absolutely nothing. Just handed me my food and walked away. Didn’t even try to smooth things over with anything to make things right. After i got home it had no toppings on anything. No sauce on my sandwich. Just an absolute piss poor job. I should of just asked for a refund. If I was that bad at working and couldn’t even handle giving out the right food orders then I’d give up on working. I always grab a biscuit here in the mornings and never ever have I waited more than 5 minutes. So if your thinking about stopping here on a Sunday around 5pm- 6pm, I’ll save you the anger and just let you know Taco Bell is across the street and Wendy’s is right down the road a few miles. Save your time.

Oh and I all order was chicken nuggets, a double cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich. An hour of waiting… all for piss poor food. I’ll never eat anything but breakfast...

I hate to give anyone 3 stars but i have to because the last 3 times we have visited this place it's been awful. I understand that their are "days" but their shouldn't be day after day after day. Like i said before, we eat out too much so i can definitely give two cents on these places. The last visit the food was ok. But ofcourse they put the onion on my Big Mac. I don't like the dehydrated onions on anything so needless to say my husband ate most of it. They had us pull up to wait for our food. I get it if your slammed but there was no one behind us and they already had two other cars pulled up waiting for their orders also. They brought all 3 of our orders out at once. Like i said i get this IF their busy. But they weren't. I've noticed a lot of attitude from certain workers bcause they know i firmly blieve in getting what i pay for and anyone else that visits this establishment does too. I see a lot of hustle here in the morning. But the evening crew has a lot of work to do. Actually caring about the customer and making sure their order is correct is where they...

My boyfriend placed a mobile order in one the mobile pick up spots through the app. We didn’t receive our order for about 20 minutes. My boyfriend then went inside to find out what was going on. Once inside a young man at the register was ready to help him and called over his manager to punch in a code. The manager then refused to give him our order despite my boyfriend showing him the app order confirmation for the restaurant and his personal bank statement with a charge from McDonalds on this date and time. The manager was terrible with customer service, walked away from the issue, had an attitude the whole time, and was defensive. This is ridiculous for such a minor issue. The manager should have handled this 1000x better. My boyfriend waited and endured this manager’s unacceptable, and condescending behavior for another 20 minutes. We finally received our food after about an hour of waiting and sass from this manager. Would not recommend...
