Came through this location on 5/4/2024 at 5:15pm and at the speaker was met with the most annoying order taker who did not have any hospitality and honestly I'm not sure if she knows how to say anything other than "what else" after everything I say without letting me breathe. I ordered 2 meals, both LARGE and one of the drinks with no ice. My Wife saw that she rang one of them up as a medium and told me to check at the first window. So I drove up to the first window and asked the cashier "Just wanted to confirm that both of those meals were rang up as larges because she had rang one up medium." I was told "yes they are." Confirmation. Great. I pay and drive up to the second window to get my food and the first thing I see is I have a Medium fry thats has a total of 6 fries in it, we counted, so I told the dude at the window that I literally had just confirmed that both meals were rang up large. He fixed the fry for me and then handed the drinks and you'll never believe it. The one we asked for no ice in, had ice in it. So I apologized for bothering the dude at the window again and he fixed that for us as well. Then as we go to leave one of the "managers" screamed at him and said "YOU BETTER OF TAKEN THAT OTHER DRINK BACK THAT HAD ICE IN IT" and I proceeded to drive away because my hands and fingers were already on the drink and I personally think it's unsanitary to take food or drinks BACK through the window after handed out and try to give them to someone else. It's gross. I've been a General manager and in the fast food scene for almost a decade and the operations in this store are atrocious. The lady on the speaker with no hospitality, rushing every customer, the cashier taking money and then proceeding to lean her rear onto the window right in front of our car, and then the multiple health violations witnessed within this location AND the wrong food. I'll be calling the health department, corporate, ecolab audits, and any connections I have with this restaurant to ensure that no one gets this unsanitary treatment. Do better.

Read moreWell, it wasn't really much of an 'experience' because we didn't even get food, or have the chance to order for that matter. We parked in front to look at the mobile order 'Rewards', trying to save a little money. Picked the deal we wanted, & as we usually get it curbside, in a rush we chose 'Use in Restaurant', & went inside to kinda see what to do next. Asked an employee behind the counter, showing him the screen with the info you give to them? I'm not sure, bc we never found out. The employee said 'Go back out of it for a second' so we did. Of course once you choose a deal you can't choose it, (or any other rewards), for a while afterwards, but we figured he knew what he was talking about. It popped up (when we picked the same deal again, which the worker said to do), of course it says we've used it, gotta wait to use any other Rewards. The employee said 'It says you already used it'... Like fr kid? We explain WHY it says that to THE MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEE, who replies with, "Well, there's not much I can do for ya."
What ever happened to real CUSTOMER SERVICE? Not saying this employee should've been perfect, but he did NOTHING to try & correct HIS MISTAKE. He could've given us the deal anyways, it was just a free French fries with an order over $2.. He could've just took some percentage off for messing up, realistically.. if he'd been correctly trained on what to do in a situation where you're unsure how to handle, you CAN FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN, & then watch & learn for next time.
(I have 6+ years experience in customer service, & I learned in my first year that you go & get the person over me... a manager, shift manager, whoever.. but ask SOMEONE! You don't leave a customer with nothing, completely unsatisfied.)
In a rush, & trying to save some money, did nothing but make us late, & leave us with NOTHING to eat.

Read moreI’ve only lived in this area for a year. And this is the closest McDonald’s to my home. So naturally I order from here I go here often. It’s the quickest and easiest place to order food. And for some reason there is always an issue when I go there. There’s not many issues but the same reoccurring issues. At first it was about the sauce. Any time I would go through the drive thru I would make a point to order my sauce at the time I ordered my food. That way I wouldn’t have to ask at the window and hold up the line.. When I received my food I made a point to check my bag. I don’t know what it was with this particular McDonald’s, but man it was such a big ask for sauce at the time. I haven’t had that issue for a min here but just thought I’d state everything. The only and other reoccurring issue that I have and this one is more recent. 85% of the time I order mobile. It’s easier faster. But there’s other times where I order in person. And it occurs on both occasion. The issue being I order large fries and I get a medium, or I order a large beverage and I get a med. I ordered a kids meal and a quarter pounder meal and they gave me 10 fries between those two meals. My poor niece when I gave her the meal she pulled out the little bag they put in the kids meals and only three fries fell out. I just wish that I was getting what I paid for.
