McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

My boyfriend and I went across the street to McDonald's today. We live only a block away and it's the first time I've eaten there since I moved here. I would like to first mention the terrible service. We go to pay and the woman just took our card and handed it back without saying a word...no greeting, no thank you. We didn't even realize she was trying to give it back because she was just holding her hand out there. Like I said..lack of communication. We then direct ourselves to the second window where we get our drink. Again..no greeting, no thank you. The girl told us we would have to pull up and wait for our order. It took them 16 min. exactly to bring it out to us. When she handed us the bag we got no apology. Even though he was almost late to work because of their "fast food". Every McDonald's I've been too offers you at the very least a small fry for the inconvenience. But no even a "I'm sorry for your wait." She just tossed us the back and waltzed off. When I opened the bag I checked my McChicken...and I still don't know how to feel about it. The thing had two patties! usually I would think this is a godsend. Not so much. They were all lopsided and thrown on it. Like they didn't have enough time in the nearly 20 min it took them to complete our order to arrange them properly on the patty. And here's the very worst part. When I opened my New Spicy Snack-sized Chicken bite, there was a hair half way into it! I was almost finished with the helping and I pulled out a bite that had a black hair, about a inch long with the follicle on it still and everything!!! Not only are the people lazy and incompetent, but the service just went to prove that these people really don't care about anything at all. EVEN OUR HEALTH! I understand that one little hair won't kill me...but that is just plain disgusting. I will never eat here...

I just moved to Virginia and this is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to for quality and customer service. The first time I went through they didn't give me two of my sandwiches which we didn't notice until we got home. The second time I just wanted a large coffee with cream and sugar. I took a drink as I pulled away and it had nothing in it. I went back through the line thinking it was just a mistake. The woman took my cup and told her coworker about the mistake. Her Coworker walked away with the cup and came back. I got all the way to work and realized she PRETENDED to fix it. There was still no cream or sugar in it. The third time I went there I waited in line while I watched people pull into the other line after me and get serviced before me. I said hello four times until somebody finally took my order and they wanted to get an attitude with me. This last time I didn't want to go but I was in a hurry before work so I went. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and when I got to work I realized that the sandwich had no sauce on it at all. It was just a burnt piece of chicken between two pieces of bread. After talking to locals I've come to find out that everyone knows this to be the worst McDonalds in town. The girls that work here need a serious attitude adjustment and management needs to hire...

Mostly always have to wait. I've been in line now for almost 10 mins. The line is packed in both lines the line has not moved since I’ve been here I haven’t even been able to get up to the microphone to order I ended up calling the restaurant asking them what was going on he simply stated that they have large orders and a lot of orders I kindly ask him to please have the people move up move outside do they need to do so people can leave or scoot up to order I simply told him that I was trying to get out the line after their phone called the line started to move the car in front of me screwed it up and left and I left right behind them one car when I pulled up one car was sitting in the drive-through kind of space behind the other car with the lights off I slowly but surely figured out why they had their lights in their car off they must have been there for a long long time some days this restaurant is OK other days is a lot going on inside and outside I don’t know was going on with the management but this is really close to my house and I wish the service was better the management the system flowed better why can’t all restaurants be like Chick-fil-A no matter how long the line is always good good fares quality...
