I've been to a lot of McDonalds and this is the WORST experience i've ever had. Went there on a Sunday Night. Only one car in front of us and it took them 15 minutes to take the order. when it was our turn, it took them at least 10 minutes also. When she finally took the order, we had to repeat the order at least 4 times. so you'd think that they got the order right. Finally got to window and paid. then another REALLY short lady w/ an accent yells to another girl, "did they pay". and the register lady says yes. we checked the order b/c there was already bad service… and they gave us tea instead of coke. We told them and they give us a new one. we also checked to see if they gave us sauce that we asked for and we didn't see it so we wait patiently at the window. the short lady comes back to the window and gives us ANOTHER bag and yells to the other girl "did they pay"? then gives us the bag. She was actually giving us someone else's order for the car behind us. We say, "uh this isn't our order, you already gave us ours. So she snatched it back and my husband said, "actually we would just like to get BBQ Sauce and Sweet and sour. She closed the window frustrated and came back with sauce. But she didn't just give it to us, She said "I already gave you sauce it's in your bag. Just take this". Then she shut the window. Me and my husband looked at each other with frustration. drove off and swore we would NEVER return. I did double checked the bag after we left and there was NO SAUCE!! And even if there was, she could have politely replied, Oh i put it in the bag. But she had to reply rudely. and in the end, she was still wrong. On top of that what made me feel even worse is that we ordered 2 happy meals for BOYS!! One of them was a GIRL's happy meal (a purse with a shoe in it) and had NO Gogurt. They totally messed up our order and the fact that my boys were disappointed that they got a girls toy made it even worse!! There were countless things wrong with this locations! I've worked customer service for a major franchise for 10 years so i know what customer service is.. and I truly believe that night shift is probably high stress because that short lady doesn't know how to run it and she seems to be yelling at everyone!! "DID THEY PAY, DID THEY PAY"!! highly unprofessional. I would give this McDonald's a negative 10...
Read moreThis is the slowest McDonalds EVER! We waited 20 minutes only to find out they cleared our order and they weren't even preparing it. As we waited we noticed not one customer had their order correct. They are more worried about hitting the button on the system that tracks speed. But accuracy is missing in a big way. When we got our food almost 30 minutes after we ordered (of course the system will note we got it minutes after we ordered because it was marked served in the system much earlier than we received the food) it was lukewarm at best. Thankfully we ate in the restaurant I would be upset to get home and find my order was wrong if I went through the drive thru. No one apologized or even offered us some type of compensation for all their mistakes. The manager on duty didn't care. She seemed more interested in the restaurant stats then customer satisfaction. Her attitude was complete disdain that we were unsatisfied with our service and food quality and that the tables were unclean and trash was full. They were not exceptionally busy either. There was about 6 customers and some people who took there food out and some who took there food out came back in to have it fixed too. If they would get it right they wouldn't have to do double work and get further behind. My advice, go to another McDonald's because this one is bad. Read moreIt never takes me less than 15 minutes here. I understand peak hours so I tend to order online and come when it says its ready. I still end up waiting for 15-30 minutes. Today around 1pm I got the notification that it was ready so I left to pick it up. I parked but was unable to put the parking space number or see my order number( app problem) so i go through the drive thru which took about 15 minutes alone just for the manager to come and tell me to come in. I come in and no one says anything to me for about 25 minutes. I stood at the pick up window like instructed and nothing. The lady who told me to come in can clearly see me, people are walking past me but now one said anything. I just left with no refund and no food. My break was over at this point. This has happened on more than one occasion but complaining about MCDONALDS seemed ridiculous and I always at least ended up with my food but this was by far the longest and I ended up with nothing.
I understand drive thru and pick up order complaints seem like 1st world problems, but when I am rushing on my break or have 4 kids in the car, two who are still in car seats, if the convenience is there I would like to utilize it. Take the option away if the staff is unprepared to...
