Overall they do a pretty good job. We go their quite often to eat. I rarely have a bad experience but they've gotten my order wrong a few times but not too bad.
This is a revision that lowered my start rating from 4 to 3 I wrote this review originally on 3/2/17 & had just sent my daughter to pick up dinner for us & unfortunately this was one of the occasions thru got my dinner wrong.
I asked for no cheese on my sandwich but they put it on there anyway even though they clearly had it marked on their ticket NO Amrcn (their abreviation) Cheese!!!
I called to make them aware of this but got no answer. I tried multiple times... no answer. So I ate the sandwich after I pulled the cheese off of it the best that I was able to. I called again to make them aware because yes I wanted them to make good on their mistake & was told because I'd eaten it that all he could do was say they were sorry.
I was shocked that this was his response to what I told him. I truly understand that people try to rip them off but I the customer have to get in my car & ride back up there spend my gas when I'm not already going back out just so he can give me a refund? Read moreThis place is terrible! Went a few weeks ago. Waited forever in the drive thru and there were only 2 cars. Got home to discover my child’s burger, that he’d already eaten half of, was partially raw. We didn’t see it because it was dark. I cut into my burger and it was totally, I mean totally raw through the entire thing. Had to throw most of the food away. My kids said the milk tasted like water and not milk. Spent $45 and most of the food was inedible! So thankful my son didn’t get food poisoning from his burger.
I tried calling the store a few times to complain to the manager and get my money back. I kept the burger as proof and took photos. No one answered at the location and I called that night and the next day!
Then I reached out to corporate instead. They were terrible also. 2 weeks and no one has called even though they said it was fast tracked. Called them again to complain and they had listed someone called me!! NO ONE ever called me. Yet they kept insisting someone did. Which is an outright lie. Still no call or voicemail after a few weeks and never got my money back. I will NEVER go back to this location ever and I’ll probably never patronize another...
Read moreEither they were under staffed or they had no adequate training. There were 2 woman there that had been waiting for 45 minutes for there food . And there sweet tea urns were not sweet at all. They didn't tell us they were out of straws but let us order drinks . I asked about straws they said we dont have any. But the next 6 costumers were given straws. So it was horrible. Not to mention I came to order and also pick up an on line order that was 45 dollars only to be told it was given away and then was accused of not telling them I was there so it turns out it sat in drive thru whole time. But I told the lady who took my order and she said I just waited for them to call me . I asked her 2 times to make sure. But the manager did remake it . She never did apologize tho for pretty much accusing me of not doing what I should have . She even asked me wich girl I told I was picking up an mobile order she described her so she already knew I was telling the truth. But all in all it was ok. Id still go there if...
