Extremely, extremely slow i kidd you not. Second visit through drive through and never again waited 27 mins for my biscuits and iced coffee. Guy gave me my iced coffee but forgot my biscuits so I sat there an extra 7 mins waiting he comes back and says oh sorry I forgot. Several weeks prior my husband and I waited in drive through for 31 mins, it didn't move at all, we pulled out and went inside manager stated it was him and a young lady running the front and window ha he couldnt keep up (hes in the wrong line of work) 2 other guests walked in asking why the drive through was not moving. He gave the same excuse, my husband and I and another lady counted 7 guys working in the back line putting the items together...why would you need 7 people in the back when you could have utilize them in the front? There were a total of six people waiting inside from the drive-thru for our food which took another 25 minutes. People were complaining because we already paid but we had to wait because the manager couldn't do any refunds because he was the only one up front getting the orders out, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Also the manager got fustrated and stated out loud before 11:00 am that he was closing breakfast down before time all when he had cars wrapped around the building still waiting. He said it was too much to kerp up again he had 7 guts in the back line putti g breakfasts together getting in each others way arms over arms. He should have delegated that two employees come to the front. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this McDonald's. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. If I could give it zero Stars I would. If you're in a rush and you need to make it to work in time do not bother going through this McDonald's because you will be sitting there it took us 45 minutes or more the lady that was there even timed it and she was upset and so was the guy that came in after her we all stood there waiting again after we waited for a good 30 minutes in...

First and foremost I want to express how grateful I am that you have such a professional and executive manager by the name of Jessie working at this location. Jessie is the third shift manager and words cannot describe the utmost professionalism that he displays on a constant basis. Due to my hectic and late night work schedule, I find myself dining here at late hours when he is present and he has taken the time out of his busy schedule to ensure my food is always 100% correct and prepared fresh. His due diligence and attention to detail really speaks of his character and enables him to provide excellent customer service no matter what the situation is especially this late at night. There have been times where I witnessed him de-escalate many situations with disgruntled customers who mean no good deed. Jessie is always prepared to attend to all customers from every corner of the city and when that McDonalds is manned by him everyone can be assured their paid order will be made to corporate standards. Jessie is an irreplaceable asset who seeks perfection.

I placed the order and at the end of my order I asked for a extra sweet and sour sauce to go with my chicken nuggets, so the cashier tells me it's going to cost me extra, so I didn't think it was a big issue I've just recently placed a order, purchase my food so I figure one sweet and sour sauce is not going to make or break the company. So I asked the cashier to see the manager and also the manager told me the same thing and had an attitude, a slight attitude with her comment. Here is my thing people, these businesses wouldn't even exist if not because of us the people after covid-19 hit and it seems like now and more often businesses like this want to charge you for every little thing? We are the ones that kept these people afloat and they reward us with bad public service and outrageous rates on every condiment. I think it's a slap in the face to each and every one of us that kept these businesses afloat during bad times, this particular establishment quotes McDonald's on Denby looks like it's on by African-Americans knowing that McDonald's all over the world are independent businesses.
