I was skeptical of the place at first but I ended up loving the place in the end. My husband and I needed a venue for my son's 4th birthday. This would be his 1st party and we were on a bit of a time crunch. Checked the party options and decided to select the standard party option. Set up was easy as well as payment plans( available in person and by phone). We were given invitations to give to the party goers as well as a list of rules. This was an extra bonus for us!The day before the party, the staff texted us a reminder of the party and the rules. When the day of the party came, we were greeted with a clean party room, 4 tables with tablecloths set up by the staff. We had our own since it was a themed party. Staff allowed us to set up 30 minutes before the party started. we bought in our food and extra party items on carts provided by the staff. The kids came in (ages 3-5) and they all had a blast! Considering their age range, they enjoyed bouncing , playing, and running around. My son loved every bit of the experience. Staff was friendly and kept the building clean. My only complaint would be that the building was on the chilly side so if you come, have a sweatshirt or something heavy to wear just in case. Overall fun experience for the kids and a great way to use up all that energy. High recommend this place!
To the owners and staff, thank you for having us and being more than professional. You went...
Read moreAs a Delivery Expert for Dominos, the company that currently provides the pizza that they resell here, I recommend that anyone who wants pizza for their party does not buy it through Bounce House.
Not only is the staff rude and inconsiderate to the drivers, the tiny slices they sell for $2 for Cheese or $2.50 for Pepperoni are obnoxious, considering they ask us to cut the 14" pizza into 16 slices, which would make it cost $32 for a single Cheese pizza or $40 for a Pepperoni pizza while we only charge a third of that.
Oh, and they refuse to even give a penny tip to the drivers before they take our fresh product and have it sit around in their nasty facility. If you want to have a pizza party there, order the pizza directly from the pizza places, though last I heard, Papa Johns no longer delivers there after finding out that they were unboxing and just reselling pizzas by the slice, I may be wrong on that, though I thoroughly hope our management applies a ban to delivering to this...
Read moreFiled a complaint with BBB of Hampton Roads regarding this nasty bug-infested place (but Bounce House won't likely respond because they are non-accredited and have no obligation to correct their services). My son's birthday was ruined by cockroaches in the "party room." Had to throw away our baked goods and snacks, including my 5 year old's custom cupcakes and birthday cake. The staff changed rooms for us and sprayed for bugs EVERYWHERE - it smelled like a Raid factory (a guest killed a roach with her pizza plate and shared it with the front desk!), but that did nothing for the sad faces (no cake?!) and disgusted guests who wanted nothing more than to leave. We weren't offered a refund and "management/owner" haven't been available to discuss since the incident. I've not asked for reimbursement for the cupcakes or for any special treatment, but this place turned a birthday into a nightmare and won't respond to many requests for refunding the party fee. Shameful...don't...
