9/17/2024: My visit here is usually good. Today it was different. Ordered on the kiosk, big mac, large fries, coke and filet of fish. Got a table number and waited. After 10 minutes nothing, so I walked to the counter and asked and the manager said, oh here is your food. Of course, the fries were cold so he replaced them. I went to get my soda and both soda machines are out of ice so I informed him of that. He had someone come and fill them. I sat down and bit into my big mac, twice to confirm what I though I was tasting. The burger meat was like brittle cardboard, and had clearly been reheated multiple times and/or been frozen and thawed the same. It was terrrible so I transitioned to my filet of fish and finished my meal and departed. What a disappointment considering usually my dining experience at this resturant is exceptional. They were off today even with the general mamager or owner at the helm. v/r, Dr. K. King
Back on 11/24/2024, kiosk, at least two are working but it is still taking about 10 minutes to get your order. I had to ask for hot fries once again. I ordered on the kiosk and my food came on a tray. Others that order for dine in and have a table number had to go inquire and get their food after about 15 minutes. The manager on duty needs to be in touch with the operations on Nov 17, 2023, at 11::30 am. There is a long line at the counter with one cashier (an older lady) and a customer submitting multiple orders, one at a time. Several customers in line walked out, and a few customers verbally exchanged with the customer with all the orders. None of the four kiosk screens were operational. The visible manager, who was right by the front counter, could have easily assigned another person to take orders, as there were many workers, or do the other orders himself. Instead, he elected to personally oversee, bag, and box the multiple orders as many customers walked out the door in disgust. The manager could clearly see what was happening but instead decided to take the easier road, bag a large order, and bury his head in the sand. This is where a seasoned manager rises to the challenge and adjusts staff accordingly to meet the current situation of multiple orders and broken kiosks and preserve the customer base hoping to order. Kudos to the older black lady taking orders; she did her best to hurry despite customers leaving and no support from the on-scene manager. Read moreOnly thing nice to say is it's usually clean inside. Half of the time food is a toss up! Usually breakfast is good. Hit or miss once lunch starts. The food is awful here especially the fries. That's bad McDonalds has the best fries for fast food. Yet here they're limp and soggy yet crunchy with burnt ends. Idk how they manage! Either your food maybe under cooked or over, but still better than the broad street location in Richmond. Drive thru slow but not as bad as the Hardee's across the street and you can't get a receipt a quarter of the time. So you better check your order before you leave and can't take the survey on receipt for free food. If you order using the store's app good luck getting your food. It's is awful! Go inside or drive thru not the mobile pickup spot. No one will come. I've never had a problem picking up my mobile orders at any other McDonald's location but this one. They aren't even aware you placed an order. Yet alone is it waiting ready to go. Then they will ask you for another payment like a second time. You will wait long as if your order is behind all the people in the drive thru and before you because they dont have your order in their system? Yet it shows it in the app. When their busy plan on being there easily 35 minutes or longer for fast food. Even if you order ahead of time not very convenient! I mean most McDonald's in Midlothian and Richmond suck so I'd give this one a 1-2 out of 5. I doubt I'll be back to this location. If I do I will be g with cash inside or drive thru I won't order thru their app or 3rd party. Because everytime I've ordered using Grubhub, ubereats or another app their is always food...
Read moreOrdered my bagel with no butter again. For the 14th time in a row the McDonalds in Midlothian, VA At 13011 Hull Street slathered butter all over both sides of the bagel!!! I took pictures, tried to call them I got a busy number all day long. The surrounding McDonalds made sure I had the Franchise phone number and said they were very sorry to hear about the service I always get when I order through Doordash from that particular McDonalds. I really wish I could do as the manager at 13011 told me to do and pick another location for Dordash to have my food prepared at when I order, but I can't. The McDonalds on either side do a great job of reading and fixing orders as requested by the customer. DO NOT GO TO 13011 HULL STREET MCDONALDS. THE FOOD IS OFTEN FIXED WRONG AND THE FEMALE MORNING MANAGER IS NOT FRIENDLY AND DOES NOT CARE IF CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED!!!

I have talked to Doordash, but they will not redraw the lines to allow delivery to be switched to other McDonalds on Hull street that have great records of caring about customer satulisfaction and pride in their work, plus respect toward customers who call in to report errors when they do happen. The other locations are sorry and make things right. The manager at 13011 has told me SEVERAL times not to order at her McDonalds, to go to another one if they are so much better. She knows I order through Dordash because I can't GO TO McDonalds because I am unable to drive due to a disability. She yells this at me and...
