Let me start off by stating that I'm not a fancy connoisseur of fine dining and due to a limited budget have plenty of fast food dining experience, McDonald's included. It now becomes my painstaking duty to recount the awful adventure which my body just embarked on. My wife and I were traveling and needed a quick lunch stop so we decided to go through the drive through. Customer service experience was nothing over the top but not bad either, we only had to repeat our order three times... however the issues were only beginning I am afraid to say.
The real problem was the food. I ordered a sprite with no ice, you guessed it the ice was filled to the brim, intruding on my limited sprite room which left me famished about 1/3 of the way through my "meal". Next up my wife and I both ordered chicken nuggets, she 10 and I 20. While the chicken had many issues let me try to break it down. 1) we did not get 30 pieces of chicken we only were given 24, sad! Talk about a rip off, that's 6 nuggets down right off the bat. 2) the chicken was cold and tasted like it had sat out for a day too long, even for the McDonald preservatives. 3) I kid you not, one of my nuggets had a bite taken out of it and no, it was not my wife playing a joke on me this was straight out from the bag. 4) and finally, imagine the texture from inside of a crispy waffle- fluffy, lacking sustenance, and definitely not chicken...well that's precisely the texture we experienced.
Now let's move on to the sauces before I start shaking from the reminiscing. All of the sauce tasted, how can I say it, off? The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was watered down and had the plastic container melt into it; the barbeque sauce tasted like somebody spilled a bottle of vinegar in it; and lastly the new Big Mac siracha sauce tasted like straight up mustard mixed with an aged jalapeno pepper.
Overall you can say we are slightly dissatisfied and afraid of what is going to happen later in the bathroom. Food poisoning in our future? So no Ronald, we are...
Read moreI have been coming to this McDonald’s for ten years now. It has had its good day and bad days, but today they are by far the worst McDonald’s Ihave visited. There is a new manager so he says John condon very rude, unfriendly. This little man had no business in a field that requires customer service. My order came up with no cup before I could ask for my cup the attendant turned and walked off. I stood there patiently for a few minutes and no one acknowledged me. The cup were right behind the counter so I got my cup. That’s when John rudely yelled get out from behind the counter it was one step. I politely told him they didn’t give me a cup and no one would acknowledge me so I grasped it my self. He yelled once again and said I wasn’t allowed to do that. I politely said once again no one acknowledged me and I wanted to eat again ask he wanted to do was yell. This man shouldn’t be dealing with the public. I will go to Ruckersville McDonald’s from more on. Thank you John Condon if that is...
Read moreI arrived, walked up the counter and waited while the cashier finished his conversation with the sandwich maker. After he took my order I filled my drink and noticed a girl in a pink shirt smoking a cigarette outside as I tried to find a clean table. I sat at the cleanest one I could find and waited for my order. Just after I got my order and sat back down, the girl in pink came back inside and I saw that she was an employee, a manager even I believe. She walked behind the counter and began working. No, I didn't leave out the part where she washed her hands, because it didn't happen. She and a few other employees stood around and chatted for about another five minutes before another employee said he was going to go smoke a cigarette. He then went outside and returned to work also without washing his hands. I'm done, not going back. As you can see from the photos, it was extremely busy so I could see why they couldn't clean the...
