First off I would leave 0 stars of I could this is not the first time I have had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. Not just this time but Everytime I go there weather it be drive thru fine in or mobile order they screw it up horribly. What kind of education do you really have to have to work at McDonald's if you can not count 10 nuggets or know that triple means 3 not 2 or 3 creamers or sugars in my coffee then you should be focused more on going back to school and getting a real education rather than working.i have called corporate so many time over this same thing and it's getting old because NOTHING is changing ever. I as is every one else expected to pay for what they order but can't expect to actually get what they order.my husband ordered a Bacon doubler quarter pounder with cheese no pickle extra onion and got a double quarter pounder with half a piece of cheese and that's itnothing else on it how does that happen unless you can not read. Read moreI was a former employee at this location. Very disorganized and chaotic! I had issues with my uniforms, fully paid for and NEVER recieved them, I paid 60 dollars for 3 uniforms it was supposed to be 3 shirts , 3 pants, a visor and apron. I only received the hat and 3 shirts. They did refund my money after I quit because I called corporate and complained, had I not done that I doubt they would have reached out and did the right thing on their own. BUT they took taxes out of that 60 dollars that was refunded to me when they took $60 out of my check for them not the $55.41 which was given back.🙄 Just petty owners that cant run a place if their lives depended on it. With that said, the General Manager did as much as she could to help me out with my uniforms and I was paid late because one of the "managers" did not take the acct number for my pay card. Let’s talk consistency—you never fail to screw up my order. Like clockwork. Whether it’s a simple Egg McMuffin or a Big Mac (you know, the thing you're famous for), you’ll find a way to mess it up. Rush hour, slow hour, doesn't matter. You're reliably unreliable.
And the best part? The attitude! You’d think I got the order wrong by the way your staff looks at me when I ask for it to be fixed. No apology, just pure annoyance that I dared to expect what I paid for.
