McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

I went through the drive through today after a very long day in hopes for the "fast food" experience. The person over the speaker either could not hear me or was just saying the wrong thing back on purpose to the point I spelled out the word PIE and was told "oh we out of them just now". Not a huge deal I get to the 2nd window and pay and was given way more money back then my $5 change so I corrected him he said so sorry off day. No big deal corrected that. But he then told me to have a good day.... I say oh I still need my food. Waited quite a while for a plain cheeseburger and fries I start driving away and check my food and it is 3-4 burgers fries so not my food. I went inside informed them of the issue and saw a line of people waiting from what I was told over 10 mins for "fast food"?? I assumed my order was going to be corrected quickly but they didn't work on it they all stood around and talked.. what is going on in this location? What happened to McDonald's? I haven't been in forever and maybe this is why. I just thought this was a company that cared but now it is really all teens working but not really. Sad sad sad! Mrg included!! I do not recommend this location! They have another up the street in either...

Wow, what can I say. I have usually always liked/ appreciated McDonald's for what it was...inexpensive, decent, fast food. I knew it was not a health food or gourmet establishment. McDonalds always seemed to be a very clean restaurant and the employees were always very helpful. But for the last couple of years it all seems to be going down hill. I hate the Kiosk ordering... give me a live person on the other side taking my order any day. The dining area is getting pretty nasty as well. McDonalds, start hiring a few more people, have them take orders and clean the dining area. Start making custoner service number one priority and profits will follow. But if you continue to put profits first your customer service will fail along with your business. Last couple times I have been to McDonald's I have felt sorry for the employees, it's like there is only 3 or 4 on duty trying to run...

This location is horrible! I order "egg & cheese McGriddle add ham" everytime I cone here. 1st time ordering it, it's wrong...later I'm corrected "we don't sell that" but go to manager and they make it for you. 2nd time I order it, It's wrong. Go to manager who apologizes and they correct it telling me to call it Canadian bacon. 3rd time I order it, it's wrong.. go through manager who apologizes for them giving me bacon strips instead, telling me to tell them it's country ham. 4th time I order it, it's wrong...go through management and customer service and district manager, who say it's won't happen again to let them know slowly that I want Canadian bacon, not bacon strips. I go a 5th time and do that and it's bacon strips all over again, anyways, even though the manager came to the window and assured me it's correct this time- no receipts from...
