UPDATE 8/20/24 Another great experience. This time it was with Claretha. My mobile order was prepared quickly. Everything was HOT AND FRESH ! This is the ONLY Mickey Ds in the area that consistently meets my standards. And anyone that reads my reviews knows I fuss about anything that's not up to my standards. I love this location.

UPDATE 4/9/24 I HOPE EVERYONE SEES THIS--PLEASE DON'T GET ANGRY IF THEY TELL YOU TO PULL FORWARD TO WAIT OR IF THE LINE SEEMS TOO LONG--TRUST ME, IT WILL BE WORTH THE WAIT. THE FOOD WILL BE HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I repeat...I love this location !

UPDATE 3/26/24 I was wrong about the drive-thru. It is still open until 12am. That night I went, they had just lost power.

UPDATE 2/13/24* Went there late last night and....IT'S STILL ALL GOOD Y'ALL ! 😋 No lies are being told. This particular location has nailed it EVERY TIME with me. And I fuss about everything! I must give Mickey Ds credit when they consistently GET IT RIGHT ! This. Location. Gets. It. Right !

UPDATE* Went there twice this week and it's still all good. Fries hot. Drive-thru employee still friendly. Burger was good. This location just gets it.**

I'm so shocked, I had to post a review. Pulled in drive through last night. Not a long wait at all. Not only did I see lower prices on the menu, I also saw more deals. Got the $3.50 Double Cheeseburger bundle (didn't even know the bundle deals were back on the menu 😮)and I must say I was impressed ! Fries were fresh, hot, & crispy 😮 Burger was larger than what I expected and cooked to perfection 😮 Cheese was actually melted 😮 The food was delicious. Courteous drive-thru employee. An overall great experience. I'm definitely coming back to...

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to this Mcdonalds to grab something to eat despite pushed for time. I ordered a $3.50 bundle and 2 mcchickens no mayo and add cheese. I don’t know how the order was so difficult to comprehend. We went through the drive through the lady that assisted us at the window was very polite and respectful. She gave us our meal the $3.50 bundle was correct but the 2 mcchickens was wrong. Both mcchickens had mayo on them and my boyfriend is HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO MAYO. I gave the mcchickens back to the lady. She said she put the mcchickens in the wrong bag. We pulled off to go to our destination. I had to go back to the McDonald’s because one sandwich was correct but the other STILL HAD MAYO ON IT. So I drove back to the McDonald’s. The manager that was on duty had a terrible attitude so when I seen her attitude was terrible I wanted a refund for everything. We gave back the bundle and the mcchickens. Then when she gave me a refund she didn’t even give me the full amount. I don’t know who hired managers at this McDonald’s but honey simple math isn’t hard. She still charged me for the $3.50 that we DIDNT EAT AND BOTH MCCHICKENS AFTER I GAVE THE ENTIRE MEAL BACK. What made me even more upset is The manager can’t even count🤦🏽‍♀️ or do simple math. So I had to walk back inside and BREAK DOWN THE MATH TO HER. I WAS FED UP WITH THIS MCDONALDS AND I CALLED CORPORATE ALSO AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY HIRE AND NOMINATE MANAGERS WITH NASTY ATTITUDES AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DO...

I wish I could leave no star for service of this location. I spend money here a couple times a week for breakfast or coffee or lunch. I always use the drive through and today 08/06, at approximately 4-4:30. I went to drive thru and politely told person who asked me what I wanted that I needed a minute. And she asked again right after and I told her I needed a minute and then silence. I gave my order and she rushed through my words with a “come to window.” The person at first window, a young white girl was very polite. (She wasn’t the one who took my order). Then at the second window I get no interaction as I’m waiting for my food and then I get my bag handed to me, stared at, with nothing. NO thank you, no hi how are you? Not even a smile. Just an attitude that I was there disrupting her day. If you don’t like your job, find another preferably with no customer interaction since you have no customer service skills whatsoever. Then I called the store btw phones suck, had to call 4 times and a girl named destiny picked up and she was polite however when I told her my complaint, she said she would tell the girl to smile more. It was patronizing and I was not taken seriously. I won’t be back to spend a dime ever. You guys need serious training over there and to cut off the bad and get good. People all over are homeless and need jobs and would love the opportunity to work and would prob show better customer service then the entitled and arrogant girl I dealt...
