I'm giving this place a 2 star review because I was inicially very pleased with my furniture and the service. Well 2 years later my opinion has changed. I had purchased my whole home furniture from them (bed set, couch and dinning room table with chairs) and I was honestly very pleased with the service. On delivery day some items did come scratched and I was offered either a store credit or their warranty. I took the warranty thinking it would cover if the furniture started having defects or something like that. Well I was wrong. My bed board started bending from the legs, mind you this is ONLY years after I purchased it. Now I did move about 1.5 years ago which I hired a moving company but the defect didn't show right away. (Over a year passed) When I noticed the issue I called the store and after many back and forths I was giving the insurance number to file a claim. So the claim process is done by text, weird buy okay. Once I filed the claim they told me that "structual damages" are not covered and that only accidentally damages are. So this time I went directly to the store to speak with the owner directly because at this point I'm frustrated with the situation. When I arrive I spoke with the owner and his wife, I believe, and he reassured me that they should cover these type of damages. But, when I tried explaining to the insurance company they just told me they do not cover these damages. So I called the store again and the lady told me the only solution would be for me to purchase new legs for the bed and SEE if this fixes the problem?!?!?! Now help me understand, you want me to purchase the same product that got ruined in less than 2 years and then what? I will be told the same thing that it's not able to be fixed!!!! I know it's not the businesses fault that the damages were not covered but they should really get a better insurance especially to cover things like bending furniture. I'm just overall upset how it was handled because at the beginning I was reassured they would work with me and help me and then I was told to just buy the piece again. Like money isn't an issue. My mom purchased the couch and rug pictured, for me and my family last Christmas and I just recently purchased the ottoman that goes with it and I LOVE it! The family is a great team and are just the nicest people I've EVER met. They delivered my couch and rug and did a wonderful job, they even put a bow on my couch!
