McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Sir or Mam,

I hope this email finds you well. I went to McDonald's 20961 S Banks St, Sterling, VA 20165 around 8:20pm. I experienced the worst consumer service ever!!! I came in to order food for me and my family. The food I received was cold,I specifically walked inside due to the fact that on my last visit I received the wrong order and had to return 3 times to get it corrected. On this visit 4/22/20. After letting the employee know my food was still cold, he than got a attitude with me regarding my order and stated it was hot. I did not want to argue so I asked the employee for the Manager, the employee starts disrespecting me by cursing me out saying he just told me the food was hot, we get into an argument while waiting for the manager to come up. The manager let's the employee curse me out while threatening to fight me and also calling me all kinds of disrespectful names. I have never been soo offended in my life!I kept as calm as I could. The manager did not say anything to the employee for talking to me in such a way and did not apologize for the service at all. After the employee kept threatening to come from behind the counter and "beat me up" I then was told from the manager that he will bring me another order out to my car. I waited for my food. When the manager comes out,I asked is that the way you allow your employees to treat your customers. He said he must didnt like what you said and told me that "hes my brother" and laughed since we both are African American. I responded by saying I do not know him, All African Americans are not related. I felt soo angry and offended by this visit. I would definitely like to hear back from someone regarding this matter. It's ok if you like McDonald's. Me personally I hate McDonald's, BK, Wendy's. Basically I hate fast food but it's convenient so I usually pick up a breakfast sandwich to tide me over until I get home for supper. I will say and why I am only giving it 3 stars is because they mess up my order quite often. This McDonald's doesn't do it very often and I called the last time which they did offer to give me the sandwich I ordered the next day for free but I didn't bother with it because well its a bit of a hassle, I feel stupid doing so, and I ate the sandwich which was pretty nasty but got me through the day. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and received a sausage biscuit with no egg or cheese. I'm not a fan of sausage and without the egg and cheese it is just horrible lol. Unfortunately I had already gotten back on the interstate and didn't have time to stop anywhere else so I either had to go without and feel bad all day or choke it down so I could get through the day. The times before that they gave me a mcmuffin instead of biscuit which actually was bad so I didn't complain. The staff and management was very polite and I understand things happen. Actually that is also why I didn't bother and if it wasn't for the front royal McDonald's employees being so rude (except for the sweet old lady who takes the orders) and always messing up my order I probably wouldn't had...

This location ALWAYS gets my order wrong, it happened at least dozen times. Today I ordered Medium Fries, 4 pieces nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and cheeseburger. When I checked my order at the window I saw that the fries was super small, more like happy meal size, there were no sauce for nuggets. The person who handed me order literally walked away immediately after giving it to me. I waited a few minutes to let him know my order was incorrect but he never came back and there was a long line behind me so I had to keep going. When I got home I checked my receipt and all items were correct, but what I got was wrong. Also I weighted the fries out of curiosity, it was only 70g and M fries suppose to be 117G as advertised. How hard is it to get what I have paid? It doesn't matter if its high end restaurant or fast-food, customers need to receive what they have paid for! And the fact that person who gave me my order walked away and did not even check with me if I got all right and did not repeat my order before giving it to me its just so unprofessional , they should use the script.
