My congregation paid and scheduled with this company for a children’s event for mobile ice cream and funnel cake services 1-3 pm on a Saturday. On the day of the event over the phone at 12 noon, “Chef” Nicky say sorry she double booked and said she can’t arrive until 2:30. She offered a refund and told us it will take 7-10 business days. She then emailed later that evening and said sorry she can’t give a refund because it goes against her 24 hour cancellation policy. I remind you she DOUBLED BOOKED!! Yum Yum Catering was an absolute hit at my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding!
