EDIT: The owner is rudely replying to negative reviews in a very unprofessional manner. What I typed below happened. I am not out to get free food. I’m about spreading awareness. For the record, when this incident happened back in November 2023 I received an email from a different owner (same last name though) who was cordial and actually helped remedy the situation. I’m not sure what the current comments are trying to prove with this issue was already dealt with. However, I still don’t care for this place since they reopened and I have NOT been back since. I am not going around complaining about restaurants to get free food. (Why would I want free food at a place that is gross anyway?) I give plenty of praises for restaurants as well. The person commenting as the owner needs to get over themselves. I tried to reach out to corporate but they just sent the owner an email and he sent me another rude reply. The foul treatment of customers alone (good and bad customers/reviews) is not how to operate a business and should keep people away alone. Attached the comments from owner too.

My friend and I came in around 7:40pm to eat. Usually you get the shout out of “Welcome to Moe’s!” when you walk in the door but we were completely ignored. We stood at the counter waiting to place an order and the only employee visible was sitting down on a prepping table with his feet crossed and shoes on table while playing on his phone. We had to shout out to him to get his attention. We were too hungry or we would’ve ate elsewhere as this just doesn’t seem sanitary to have an employee sitting on a food prep table with his shoes touching it. He wasn’t the friendliest associate either and couldn’t even understand half of what we wanted. This store hasn’t even been open again for a year yet and this is standard service since the reopening at the beginning of this year since COVID shut it down. I don’t know who the new management is, but it really needs to get shut down again. It’s always dirty inside, pee all over toilet seat, floor is sticky around soda machine, and the employees can’t even speak English. While leaving, we noticed half of the tables were dirty with food, napkins, etc on them. The trash was overflowing - I couldn’t even put my trash inside, I had to just set the tray with trash on top. Meanwhile, the employees were just standing there behind the register looking bored. It’s slow and you have no customers - could someone come take...

The service here is good. The guy behind the counter was knowledgable and answered our questions politely and thoroughly. We were the only customers in line and he treated us as we would expect, without distraction.

The drink station was clean and stocked. I saw no flavors on their new multi flavored coke dispenser that were out. The napkins, forks, straws, and lids were all stocked. We got the free chips and salsa. The salsa was by the soda station as well. Everything to this point was good. My issues came with the flavor.

The food was okay. That's about the best i can say. There was little to no flavor. The chips were not salted. The quacamole was not salted, or not salted enough. I understand everyone likes their foods seasoned differently, but there is a certain amount of seasoning that should be done in the cooking process to bring out the flavor. The better you do this in the cooking process, the less salt or pepper needs to be added after it is cooked. The pineapple salsa had great flavor to begin, but left a vinegar after taste. Even the tea was bland. In fact, everything was so bland, I began to think it was just me. But my fiancee agreed it was bland and watching the other customers that were eating, they were being very generous with the salt shaker at the condiment station.

I did not finish my meal as I was disappointed, but I also did not leave hungry. I ate most of it, but it was not so good that I just had to eat the rest. After my meal, inside the facilities. The restroom (men's room at least) was clean and stocked and had no odors. All in all, the service was good. The p lace was clean. The atmosphere was inviting. The majority if the guests seemed happy. I was not unhappy, but I was not impressed either. Poor service and cleanliness can destroy good food, but good service and cleanliness will not make up for bland or poor food. I will...

REFUSED FOOD OR REFUND Let me start with saying I been going to this moes since they first opened when I was in high school . But with that said I probably won’t ever again after the rude and unprofessional experience my fiancé and I have had to go through. Yesterday we decided to order a fiesta kit for dinner on the moes site for pick up since it said they were open . Told to be there at 5:25 . My fiancé got there and asked about our food the guy behind the counter asked the cook if he was making it and the cook replied no the kitchen is closed . Guy behind counter said sorry and was told we would have to come speak to a manager tomorrow. So I had to go in today to speak to the manager and try and get back the money that at this point is stolen from me . Go to the counter as the lady to talk to the manager she said ok and she went and spoke to a guy on the line makes food well 10 go by and that guy finally comes out and asked how he could help I explained what happened should pictures of the time and order . Just to get told I’m sorry I can issue a return or make it for you . I ask for the return since that was post to be dinner the day before … then the guy goes back to makes food for other customers … few min go be and he finally goes to the register and issues the refund . When asked for contact info for owner or corporate I was told he can take down my info and pass it along …. We all know that won’t happen .Now to wait to see how long they keep my money . This is a shame because I actually enjoy there food but I’ll probably be avoiding all moes...

We walked in everything appeared to be normal at first sight, Of course there was no welcome to Moe's but that seems to be pretty standard these days. Our order was pretty basic some nachos and a cheese quesadilla As we progressed towards the register I saw the chip bin absolutely disgusting I don't know that it's ever been washed totally uncovered wide open. And to make matters worse there were 2 men from an outside vendor working on a piece of the equipment right by the food line. We went and sat down at the table and my daughter said what is that horrible smell. 2 to 3 bites into our meal She said I can't eat any more that smell is making me sick to my stomach so we proceed to throw our food in the trash and vow never to come back to that location ever again!!! The employees are not friendly I honestly think that they think the food service gloves are to keep their hands clean and not to keep the guests safe. GoTo Foods should be Embarrassed. The franchise owner should have his franchise rights taken away from him. definitely not living up to the brand!

It’s truly baffling that Moe’s corporate would allow a franchise like this to operate. Obviously who ever purchased this location is paying their sons and or relatives ( probably very poorly)to staff it. The restaurant its self is DISGUSTING from the actual dining area to the food perpetration area. Employees do not care about their jobs what so ever, will move at a snails pace and give you dirty looks the entire time.At no point did the employee checking me out offer a drink with my meal or to anyone else. After two bites the food tasted awful and like soap, I asked for a refund and the gentleman had an extremely hard time doing that and refunded someone else and looked frustrated with me over his mistake. If this store is any reflection of how corpate Moes runs their locations I will be sticking to chipotle or torchys for my mexi American food. Edit: the owner is now rudely responding to negative reviews and offering absolutely no explanation for why their restaurant is in the shape it’s in 😂. STAY AWAY

It’s truly baffling that Moe’s corporate would allow a franchise like this to operate.
