I went to this location last Sunday. My kids decide to order the "Peri Peri Wing and chips platter" The young girl in the order counter was very cold. She did not show any common courtesy. she treat us the way as if we don't exist and she was a robot. We've ordered the food regardless and waited in one of those "nests". They brought the food. We picked up rice and coleslaw as side dishes. No silverware was provided for rice and coleslaw. We had to eat with knives. Towards the end of the meal, I noticed there is no fries. They did not bring the "Chips." I asked one of the servers about the chips and she is like, "let me check". 5 minutes later she brought some cold chips, probably someone else's leftovers in not so clean plate. I asked to talk to a manager, a young gentleman showed up and said he is the manager. I politely asked for explanation, he got all defensive and confrontational. I told him we ordered "Peri Peri wing and chips" but we've got no chips, He is like, "oh I don't know maybe you did not tell them about the Chips." I was like, well it's right here on your menu, He is like " I know it's on the menu, but you should've told the girl you want fries too." Kinda ridiculous, why put it in the menu if we the customer have to count it and tell them one by one. It's a platter. It's a combo of all the above. Instead to acknowledging the mistake (Which happens from time to time and is perfectly fine) and a simple apology, the guy got all defensive and was in an argument mode. I was like, you know what it's not worth it. Let's just finish here and go home. Not worth it. Not up to par service, will not recommend at all. Folks, go elsewhere and save yourself headache and bad service. Or if you like the food here, just go to a...
Read moreI usually don't post negative reviews, but this has to be one of the worst experiences in a generally affluent neighborhood, One Loudoun.
Thursday night 8/17 at about 9 PM, I entered the store with my family. I was in the line for good over 20 minutes while my kids waited at a table. When it was my turn to order, the first thing I hear is not, "Welcome to Nandos" or anything similar. Instead, I am told, "We close in 20 minutes". It's not even the girl at the register. It's the manager shadowing her.
I start placing my order for a Family Platter and immediately, the manager says, "It's gonna be all white meat as I am out of legs". But she says I can substitute anything else with boneless thighs. I agree and tell her that I can get boneless thighs instead of the legs but do not want all white meat. Then she says, I don't have enough of those to substitute in the family platter. I am like, you just told me you're closing in 20 mins, who are you saving that red meat for. At this point I'm in line for good about 35 minutes and my order is still jot placed.
Typically, when a food establishment runs out of stock, the managers are smart enough to accommodate the patrons and not be stubborn. This was a case of super ignorance and poor customer service. It was my first time visiting this store so had high hopes but there won't be a second one for me unfortunately as bad customer service trumps any good food, however good it may be.

Read moreThey only get 1 star because I actually like the food but the service at this place as gone down as they got more popular and busier in the area. I have gone twice in the past 10 days. The first time it was dine in and I ordered the ancient grains salad and got the salad without the ancient grains (quinoa and bulgar). Then tonight we had to do carry out because they were so busy so we get our food home and they had given me the completely wrong wrap. They didn’t just get the modification wrong they got the whole order wrong. I tried calling to let them know but no one answers the phone (called about 6 times). My husband convinced me to drive back and get my wrap so I go back and ask for the manager. He comes out and says oh they must have just grabbed the wrong wrap for you we can remake it for you (of course that’s what your going to do, I didn’t come back for nothing). He brings out my wrap and I tell him this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order and they need better quality control and he just laughs and says they’ll try harder next time. He really didn’t seem to care that I had to drive back to get what I ordered. I would have expected him to at least offer to compensate me for the trouble of having to come back. A gift card or free dessert. Something! Not very happy with this place anymore and will avoid going there...
