Very bad customer service. Rude staff. They got my order wrong 6 times in a row with no apology, no compensation.

Just writing my last and recent experience - I always order 2 platters (one without salad and one with salad) everytime I mention it on the order itself and I call them after placing the order to make sure sure they understand my note. Also, when I go to pick up my food- I still confirm with them if they added salad to one platter and didnt add to to the other and they confirm they have done as per the note.

Last night I had the same issue, after picking up my order, I called to let them know that both the platters have no salad and the staff was extremly rude and didnt want to resolve the issue. I was told- that our employees cannot read the customized note in English so its not their fault thats why the order was wrong. Like seriously!

There is no issue with the taste, food quality. However the customer service is VERY poor. I ended up taking the food back to them and they eventually replaced both the platters, but with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. I may never go back...

Was looking for a late night spot to get some food, and I stumbled upon Naz's Halal.

The Food: I went with the Lamb bowl with an extra Kofta Kebab for my first time. My friends and I decided to share some Spicy BBQ Wings and the Corn Nuggets as well. The lamb here is cubed and cooked perfectly. Tender and juicy, mixed with some salad and rice made for the perfect combo. The Kofta was tender and juicy as well! The corn nuggets were also good, but not anything noteworthy. The Wings ere tasty and extra spicy, so if you can't handle it, get the regular flavors.

The Service: Service was great! They have a big menu for you to browse and it's very simple. The staff were friendly and they got our orders out to us in a timely manner.

The Atmosphere: Nice and clean space. Small restaurant with very few seating. So it's mostly a take out spot.

Overall, a 5/5. Enjoyed the food here, quality and portions were good. I'll be keeping this bookmarked and coming...

Super friendly employees and outstanding food. Their combo over rice with white sauce made me appreciate this style of food so much more than I had before. Their sweet corn nuggets were great as well. Most importantly, with prices being so high everywhere, this place stands out as being super reasonable (10.99 for a huge combo platter that makes 2 meals). I can't speak higher of this place, their warm enviornment, and excellent food.

Edit: Went back and everything was just as good, if not better, taste-wise. I wrote this edit though because while usually the service is great, there is a very abrasive lady who works the register who I found rude. I wasn't the only customer who was a bit put off by her behavior. Seemed like she desperately wanted to catch someone stealing a drink and was quick to accuse when you were just getting a drink you paid for. Not the best look for what's otherwise such a...
