I've been going to this location several times. The quality of fried chicken wasn't quite the same as other locations. I still enjoyed going just because it was the nearest from me. However, I was very disappointed today and will not be going back again. I ordered secret sauce chicken and sauce on the side on the phone, and when I went to pick it up. The staff there charged me extra for sauces. EACH SAUCE IS ALMOST TWO DOLLARS. It is in tiny little container (refer to image attached if you want to know how little it is). I ordered large size boneless chicken and in order to have enough sauces, you would need to order at least four which would be extra $8. The staff said they were told from manager to charge the sauces as extra if anyone wants it on the side. I just didn't think it made any sense. If you get the flavored chicken as how it comes out, you don't get charged.. but if you do ask the sauce to be on the side, you will be charged. Read moreA friend of mine put me on to bb.q chicken and it was the greatest turn of events! I'm not a foodie by any means, but this Korean chicken is to die for! This is my second time having it from this location in Lotte Market. First time, part of the order was missing (not their fault! It was lunch with my coworkers and it was a huge order. Something is bound to fall through the cracks); today, i double checked everything while at the dining area at the recommendation of the gentleman working the register. Everything was perfect! He was very courteous and kind, and I greatly appreciate him & anyone in the kitchen. It was another huge order and they handled it perfectly! 10/10 will always recommended...

It wasn’t the staff’s fault at all- there was only one cook in the back managing all these orders. When I brought this to the manager’s attention he gave a wimpy apology and said he would “speak with the staff so that it doesn’t happen again”. He’s clearly not fit to manage this business. He doesn’t understand that they’re understaffed due to his poor management so his service is suffering. Either don’t take more orders than you can handle or help them out in the back.
