EDIT TO ADDRESS OWNER REPLY - There was no miscommunication on the refund. My husband called and talked to your employee about getting the cutlery or dressing. He even gave your employee the choice to either send a driver out w dressing or a refund on the salad. The employee said it didnt make sense to send a driver out for just dressing and said he would refund the salad. Yet, NEITHER thing happened - getting a dressing or a refund! If you're looking for a way to improve your services, please start with actually following through with what you tell your customers. Or how about quality checks before an order goes out for delivery? ORIGINAL REVIEW - We ordered delivery (pizza and salad) and they didnt send any cutlery for us to eat the salad. Am I supposed to eat it with my fingers??? They also forgot to send dressing for the salad. When we called, they tried to blame us, like we didnt specify that we needed cutlery. If you dont send cutlery unless asked for, that needs to be specified in your online ordering system! Do you have to bring yourvown fork when you go to the restaurant? I went in a few days later and the mid-20's Latina manager looked up my order via phone number, replaced the meal and added a few extras. Very professional.
All businesses make mistakes. This woman turned a negative experience into a positive one. Kudos!
Paisano's also turned down my credit card because they verify the delivery address via the billing address. This is the same Hybla Valley location.
My CC is billed to my business address - not my delivery address - thus the confusion.
When I called in and spoke with a twenty-something male, he took my order and then attempted to make account modifications on the Paisano's system to avoid similar issues in the future.
While these may seem like trivial things, and this is a fast food outlet versus a 3+ star restaurant - and the staff is so expedient and polite.
Great experience overall - everyone is outgoing and friendly.

Read moreI ordered an extra large pizza for dinner yesterday evening. I picked up the pizza within 15 minutes of ordering it.
Pros: The pizza was ready when I went to pick it up. The website stated that it would take 20 minutes so it was nice that it was ready sooner.
Cons: Because the pizza was ready so early by the time I got home the pizza had lost most of its heat. My drive from the restaurant was less than 5 minutes. The pizza crust was uneven and super thin in the middle. It seemed like the amount of dough that was used was for a medium or a large pizza. There was barely any crust to speak of Because the crust was so thin the slice was hard and had the consistency of a piece of burnt tortilla The topping was scarce to say the least. Each slice had only one or two pieces of sausage. It seemed like they were really skimping on the ingredients overall. The pizza was not cheesy, the crust was hard and tasted bland Considering how much this pizza cost I would have been better off going to the grocery store and picking up a frozen pizza.
